Thr property gave us an upgraded room because our room with two double beds was occupied. The problem was two things: one they wanted to charge us an additional 30 euros to use the upgraded tub (but had use of toilet and shower). The second thing was the bathroom was not working and the smell! The room was clean and hotel but our room was also loud with street noise. I recommend staying somewhere else if you can. Breakfast was good.

Decent budget hotel
Location is very good being close to the Policlinico metro station. The mattress and pillows were very good. It’s a decent budget hotel.

The front desk staff was not kind. The room smelled like mildew. The wifi was poor and required sitting next to the hotel room door to use it. The desk was falling off of the wall. There was only shower gel provided. The bathroom was grimey and dirty. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling. The air conditioner leaked. There were ants in the room. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Mediocre hotel
The hotel is very far from both the Rome airport and any attractions. There is a metro station close by which connects to Termini station but there is almost nothing within walking distance. The hotel is clean but very old. Air conditioning is very weak but this is common in all of Rome and it is extremely hot during the summer months. Internet connection is unreliable as well. The free breakfast was nice.

Cheap hotel not worth staying at
If you want to save money, pick another hotel. This hotel was old. The rooms were outdated. The bathroom showers had a lot of mold. The rooms were dusty. The heat didn't work properly so it was often cold. Breakfast was mediocre and basic, not much options. It was a great location, about a 5-minute walk to the train.

Shower needs cleaning
The room was extremely small and there is nowhere to put your luggage. The shower door was broken and there was mildew on the walls. Best of all the shower ran out of hot water and when my wife asked about it the front claimed it would be back in 20mins needless to say we took cold 2 min showers. I would only recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Bright spot the people are friendly.

Pleasant stay!
The location was not as nice as I expected but is close enough to the metro to make seeing the sites convenient. The rooms were clean and it had an elevator but you were required to walk down steps to get to the lobby from the front door.

A comfortable overall stay
Good visit, rooms were cleaned daily to a good standard. The downstairs bar was disappointing as they ran out of beer (1 can) on the first night. Breakfast was good and of a consistent standard daily. The shower had a varying temperature depending on length of time in it, and time of day the shower was taken. The hotel is very close to a Metro station so transport was no problem. It is also close to a main road, so traffic noise was evident, but not a problem. The staff were very polite and helpful.

2 metro stops away from Termini. Staff speak limited English, but enough to get by. A group of us booked 2 rooms; one room wasnt ready upon arrival, so we had to wait 15mins. Both rooms were the same price but one was much bigger. Very clean, good location, good quality for what you pay for. Definitely recommend this hotel for others.

Hotel room is standard size, room was okay, except the mirror in bathroom looks a bit dirty with a lot of dirty spots. Overall, room was clean and staff was helpful. Breakfast is CB, but very good!!! we left hotel early at around 6am the first morning so had to miss the bkf, but noticed kitchen was preparing for bkf and it smelled pretty good..., next morning we get to try it and food quality was pretty good. Staff there replenish food very often. Location of the hotel is not bad, even though it`s not near attraction or main station. But it`s only a small block away from metro station, and bus stop is right in front of hotel.

There was nothing wrong with this hotel. Yes you could find faults with the room if you looked, but you can find faults with the best hotels. Breakfast, whilst being continental depended what time you had it to insure everything was there. The tea/coffee water wasn't boiling. Overall we both enjoyed our stay there, the staff were helpful with all of our enquiries, hotel & transport

Great hotel at a great price
Just out of the historic area but extremely convenient, close to Stazione Termini. I was completely satisfied with my experience here and would recommend this hotel to any budget conscious travelor.

Even though the hotel is well located and is somewhat comfortable, the AC is terrible. I visited during the summer and it was very hot, the room's AC made it worse, it was sticky all the time and hot during the night.

Struttura non di recente costruzione, le camere sono piccoline, ma sopratutto sanno di muffa, visibile sopratutto nel bagno. Luci senza plafoniere e termostato staccato dalla parete. Colazione in un corridoio/veranda pressoché al freddo, senza possibilità di avere qualcosa di caldo che non fosse disponibile nella macchinetta del caffè, scarso assortimento di prodotti in generale.

Hotel muy decepcionante. No se merece las 3*. Nuestra experiencia fue horrible, el aure acondicionado no funcionaba bien y pasabamos muchisimo calor. Nos pusieron un ventilador sin tapa lo que podria causar un accidente. La puerta de la ducha no cerraba y mojabas el baño. No lo recomiendo.

Hôtel sympathique
Cet hôtel est sympathique, trés accessible par le métro. la chambre est agréable et la literie d'assez bonne qualité. La déco n'est pas forçement à mon goùût ( trés chargée) . Chambre propre. Le petit déjeuner est à volonté, et est trés bon et varié. C'est un hôtel que je recommande.

ottima posizione, ma non ci tornerei
come da titolo, l'hotel è situato in un'ottima posizione, distante solo 10 minuti di metro dal centro, ma il servizio e la camera sono stati una delusione. Partendo dal fatto che il check-in era stato concordato per le 11:00 di mattina, alle 12:00 la camera non era ancora dispobile e abbiamo dovuto lasciare i bagagli nella hall. Tornati la sera, dopo il primo giorno di visita, ci è stato comunicato che la nostra camera era la 11, ovvero quella al piano terra, situata nella hall, tra il bagno pubblico per i clienti e l'ascensore. La camera, minuscola in rapporto alla cifra spesa per 2 notti, aveva il letto completamente deformato al centro e pendente dal lato sinistro, che rendeva quindi impossibile dormirci. La seconda sera mancava l'acqua calda, e una volta fatto presente al ragazzo della hall al momento del check-out, non ci sono state fatte scuse e neppure nessuno sconto per l'inconveniente. Non è la prima volta che soggiorno in questo hotel, ma non ci tornerò più dopo la deludente esperienza.

L' Hotel situato in un luogo strategico secondo le mie esigenze.Dovrebbero migliore le reti del letto, le condizioni della doccia e la sala colazione che è molto stretta, ma nonostante ciò ho trascorso il soggiorno di una notte in modo positivo, la camera tutto sommato comoda e ben protetta da rumori esterni, il personale disponibile e gentile,Buon rapporto qualità prezzo e lo consiglio tutto sommato carino e pulito senza avere troppe esigenze

Mangel im Hotel.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe einer U-Bahnstation, was ziemlich praktisch ist. Es gab aber im Hotel selber ein paar Mängel. An den Wänden im Zimmer und im Aufzug war Feuchtigkeit. Der Boden des Aufzug sah sehr fragil aus. Die Decke des Zimmers war die reinste Katastrophe, Spinnennetze hingen. Es gab auch kein gutes Internet im Zimmer, trotz des vom Hotel verfügabaren Wlans. Frühstückbuffet war ausreichend vorhanden, aber der Raum war recht klein.

Al prezzo pagato, non si poteva proprio chiedere di più. La posizione è centralissima, anche se purtroppo le suppellettili avrebbero bisogno di essere ricondizionate. In ogni caso, abbiamo pagato davvero un’inezia, in rapporto alla posizione centralissima, a due passi da metro e servizi. Consigliato a chi cerca economicità ma senza rinunciare ad una qualità comunque nella media

Prima visita romana speciale
Hotel facile da raggiungere con i mezzi. Accoglienza, professionalità,disponibilità e cortesia dello staff favolosi. Inoltre era la prima volta che visitavo Roma: poterla vedere di giorno e di notte senza vincoli di tempo, con un clima primaverile (nonostante siamo in inverno) e con la mia compagna come guida, è qualcosa che ha reso questa mia prima visita davvero speciale e straordinaria.

Camera perfetta, pulita e con tutti i confort. Qualche piccola pecca l'ho trovata nel soffitto e nel bagno. Lo specchio era completamente rovinato e nonostante ci fosse spazio la doccia era piccolina e posizionata in un angolino. Colazione perfetta e molto fornita sia nel dolce che salato.
