The room and bathroom were both updated with new fixtures. Very clean. The breakfast served was excellent. I had seconds and thirds. We are older so we appreciated that there is an elevator. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lauren & Ken Crenshaw

It was walkable to ponte vecchio and the duomo, the breakfast spread was great, there was a very cute patio terrasse dining area (accessible 24h) and the reception staff was very courteous and recommended an awesome wine tour for us! Would definitely stay here again 😊

This is the worst hotel that I have stayed at. The first night I got stuck in the bathroom when I closed the door. Then the following two night after that the electricity went down out at 12 am and instead of resolving the issue the front desk told me it was an electrical issue.

Great location and even better staff. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms was airy, clean and very comfortable The hotel is just 400 meters from the central bus/train station. Will definitely be back
