A pleasant budget hotel close to termini, eating & drinking places. Head down the street/hill & coliseum is approx 15-20 walk. Clean & tidy & friendly staff. Beds for us were disappointing as wire sprung with basic mattress, was single beds for 5 persons so double/twin may be different. Cleaned, fresh towels & toiletries. Basic continental breakie. It worked for us at the price. Nothing adverse & found out on leaving there is a courtyard at rear for sit out.

A 200 MT stazione Termini in palazzo con ascensore la nostra stanza quadrupla era al quinto piano, bagno rinnovato, kit di cortesia e phon, TV. Colazione al quarto piano con brioches fresche succhi cereali e bevande calde servite a tavolo. No prodotti salati o yogurt. Sala colazione un po' piccola. Deposito bagagli l ultimo gg gratuito. Io mi sono trovata molto bene. Grazie

Excellent value, location and comfortable hotel.

This a very conveniently located small. comfortable hotel just a short walk to and/from Termini. It has an elevator. The breakfast room had cappuccinos, espressos and pastries. The young woman at reception was extremely helpful with showing us the hotel on a city map and recommending where to have dinner. The room was good for 3 friends since we had 3 twin beds. An excellent restaurant (Aquila Nera) just a few doors away was so good, we had two dinners out of 4 there.

Unfortunately this hotel was disappointing. The place was not clean. The blanket on the bed had hairs on (including pubic hairs). No carpet. However, the worst thing was the stench coming from the bathroom. It was like sewage was lingering from the pipes. It was seriously bad! The staff did not seem to care. No apology just an ‘ok’. However, location was good. Cheap and uncheerful!

Sijainti oli meille mitä parhain! Samalla kadulla/korttelissa vaikka kuinka monta ravintolaa/kahvilaa/jäätelöbaaria sekä paljon MiniMarketteja ja matkamuistomyymälöitä. Sängyt pehmeimmästä päästä, mutta nukutti silti. Aamupala ei ollut mieleinen, koska mitään suolaista ei ollut tarjolla...tosin makeat croissantit olivat todella hyviä, mutta ei ihan siihen aamupalaan vielä aamusta sopinut. Jos olisi edes ollut juustoa tai makkaraa/kinkkua leikkeleenä niin olisi ollut hyvä.

Easy walk from train station,miss leading information about shuttle to airport it is $70.00 e. A/c did not work which was very important room was very hot. Asked for an extra pillow about 7:00pm and was told that they could not get any.

Wirklich zentral gelegen, kleine Supermärkte in der Nähe... Handtücher waren im vorherigen Leben einmal Bettlaken Frühstück ist leider zu einfach: Nur normales Brot und Marmelade etc auf dem Tisch, dabei Fruchtsäfte und süße Backwaren wie Croissants etc. verfügbar - kein Ei, keine Wurst, kein Käse.

部屋は満足です。タオルも希望数の交換を毎日してくれました。シャワールームの壁が壊れかけていましたが、直そうとしてくれました。ただこの時期に部屋に冷蔵庫がないのはつらかったです。たぶん冬でも冷蔵庫は必需品です。

Big room with comfortable beds. Aircondition was great. Room was cleaned and tidied daily. Hotel was within walking distance of many sights and restaurants. Breakfast was not that good; it consists of mostly sweet foods such as croissants, different jams and chocolate spread, two kinds of cereal, coffee, juices, water and tea. No cheese or vegetables at all, very disappointing and not healthy, especially in you’re traveling with kids that need a healthy breakfast.

Overall stay was pretty good. Breakfast was plain and simple. All staff were nice. Only bad thing was that I could not get wifi in my room although it advertised that they have wifi in all rooms. I got an excuse that it was because I had a corner room. I had to go to the breakfast room on another floor to use the wifi or also in the lobby so it was inconvenient but it did work well. Air conditioning worked well.
