The Hotel is literaly less than 100 Yards from the Roma Termini Train Station and correspondingly centrally located to everything in Rome. ##### Joni Stayed 6 nights in May 2019 ### 10/10 Excellent #### たまち, 東京 Jun 17, 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities テルミニ駅から徒歩５分の、安ホテルにありがちな一つの建物に複数のホテルや住居が混在しているタイプです。夜１１時頃到着したのですが、建物手前の閉店したレストランのテラス部分に浮浪者が寝ていました。入り口のインターホンが暗いし字が小さいので見えづらく、適当に押して入ったのはいいもののホテルが分からず４階で迷っていたらフロントの方が迎えに来てくれました。日本式の２階、欧米での１階がホテルでした。泊まった１２号室の部屋はキレイにリフォームされていて、一人でしたらスーツケースも開けっ放しにしておける十分な広さです。ただし、入り口のすぐ近くでバタンバタンうるさく、下のインターホンの音や通りで喋ってる人たちの声が窓を閉めても聴こえます。二日目から隣に韓国人の女の子二人組が入り、話し声が丸聞こえでした。鍵はオートロックではないので入退出どちらも自分で施錠します。ティッシュ無し。ドライヤー、ビデ、電話、TV、冷蔵庫、備え付けの金庫あり。エアコンは付いていますがリモコンが見当たりませんでした。シャワーブースは狭いけれどドーナツ型のシャワーヘッドからお湯もたっぷり出ます。洗面台はヒビが入っていましたが十分な大きさで軽くお洗濯もできました。外出時にはキーをフロントに預ける必要があります。帰ってきたらインターホンを押すとカメラで見ているフロントの方が中から開錠してくれます。エレベーターはありますが衝撃的な狭さで、ドアも自分で開け閉めしなくてはなりません。スーツケースがないときは階段の方が便利です。フロントは２４時間体制で、私の滞在時にはインド系の気の良さそうなお兄さんが二人交代で対応されていました。 ##### たまち Stayed 4 nights in Jun 2019 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Brian Jun 3, 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Would definitely return Perfectly clean and comfortable. It is a basic hotel (2\*), but if you look for a decent priced place close to Termini and can accept that it is 'not posh' then it is good option. Would consider going back if returning to Rome.
