First of all the Air condition did not work for the 11 night that I stay at hotel, after several request to the hotel staff they told me that due the whether condition they decide not to turn on the air condition. Also, one night there was a group of guess (teen) making a lot of noise, running thru the hall, I made a claim on the front desk , requesting to take action, because we could not sleep due to high noise on the floor, but they do nothing to resolve the issue. finally the hotel is far form the center of Rome. So, DID NOT recommend this hotel by any reason.

Hôtel excentré mais nous le savions. Très bien desservi par les transports en commun. Lit très confortable, grande chambre et personnel très agréable. Buffet de petit déjeuner parfait.

Due stelle è la valutazione che posso dare in relazione al prezzo molto concorrenziale, unica nota positiva dell'hotel la gentilezza del personale. Per il resto giudizio negativo: deluso dalla camera a partire dal telecomando della tv senza pile fino al copripresa che si staccava se volevi accendere la luce. Non mancano i bus per raggiungere il centro in mezz'ora.

Es un hotel bonito y limpio. Lo malo es que está alejado de los lugares turisticos, había que tomar un autobús que se tardaba mucho en pasar y después una ruta de metro. En recepción eran muy amables, pero el personal del buffet no era amable.

MAI PIU' IN QUESTO HOTEL
MAI PIU' in questo hotel: dopo aver evidenziato che non funzionava l'aria condizionate, non solo non mi e' stata cambiata la camera ma non hanno fatto praticamente nulla per aggiustare il condizionatore. Nota 38 gradi temperatura esterna e 34 gradi la temperatura della camera con un letto bollente. Colazione da hotel una stella altro che quattro stelle:scarsa e di bassa qualita' in tutto quel poco disponibile. MAI PIU' in questo hotel.

Hotel sobrio adatto per pernotto di viaggio, forse potrebbe costare qualcosina meno, in zona periferica quartiere dormitorio comodissimo accesso dal GRA, colazione OK caffè pessimo in termos , possibiltà di chiedere caffè/cappuccino dal bar. Moquet sudicia ed usurata.

Un hotel que no colaboró cuando tuvimos inconvenientes para conseguir transporte al hotel desde el metro. Tampoco les importó que llegáramos 2 horas después y no tuvimos ninguna consulta sobre la situación presentada por parte de la administración. No les importó que canceláramos el desayuno por falta de productos. Además, cuandoles consultamos costos de taxi a la estación de metro, nos informaron algo totalmente equivocado. El último día no hicieron reemplazo de algunas toallás y no nos dejaron jabones. Una atención realmente deficiente.

Struttura posizionata in un punto facilmente raggiungibile tramite il GRA. Le camere dell'Albergo non sono nuove anche se dignitose. Illuminazione scarsa e riscaldamento assente nella camera.

Albergo apparentemente confortevole. La struttura offre un servizio di WiFi che perennemente si è dimostrato inutilizzabile per la scarsità del segnale. Televisore con palesi disturbi del segnale dell antenna. La colazione da 10€ è mediocre, le uova eccessivamente cotte e secche, poche alternative; il locale nel quale viene servita la colazione è poco confortevole in quanto la temperatura ambientale era eccessivamente fredda (facevamo colazione con la giacca). Un esperienza che mi auguro di non rivivere.

Esprimere un parere è sempre difficile. Molto spesso l'impatto emotivo condiziona....ma credo sia importante il parere di un cliente. Questa struttura, come del resto molte della città di Roma dichiarano di fregiarsi l'appartenenza ad una categoria importante ...quattro o cinque stelle ..ma in realtà sono assolutamente non in linea con le aspettative. Nel caso di questa struttura posso affermare che le quattro stelle sono assolutamente inidonee...e il prezzo assolutamente non in linea con i servizi

Отель 4*, но реально 3*, нет хаалатов , ни тапочек.Завтрак скромный-типично итальянский- бисквиты, йогурты, фрукты.Номер не мешало бы освежить, отопление плохое.

Bon Hotel bien tenu très calme avec parking sécurisé, les chambres du 1er étage sont sombres mais bien équipées. Le personnel est très professionnel. C'est un peu loin du centre et il faut compter 45 mn à 1h00 de transport. Petit dej correct.
