Hidden Gem

The neighborhood looks sketchy, but it is not. It is just an older neighborhood. I felt perfectly safe. Lots of locals out all the time. A huge convenient shopping center just a couple of blocks down. hotel has a good plentiful breakfast, bus stop across street, short ride to Tiburtina train station 8 euros from there to Fiumincino airport.. 1.50 Euros short bus ride to central Rome. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Very good hotel, super friendly staff, decent breakfast, area of hotel may be a bit quiet but has everything you need, a pub, a supermarket, a kiosk etc. Room service also did a very good job every morning. Oh and the air conditioning is available as well as security cameras in the corridor. I'll definitely go back there again if I visit Rome. 100% recommend.

Location on outskirts of city had a lot of trash. The hotel said this was typical on holidays since people did not want to work. Few good restaurants locally. 1 km to train which brought us within 1/2 hr to all tourist destinations. The hotel lobby was sketchy but rooms and breakfast very very nice, modern. Staff very helpful

a bit out of downtown but buses are good.
