This was very quiet and peaceful. I was so happy to have a place that was clean and affordable. Staff was so helpful and kind. Its in an area that is walkable to many historical areas of interest and there are 2 excellent restaurants close, one right on the corner and a seafood place just a few blocks Sa Tanca Crostaceria

It’s an old property in a great location. No amenities, small room, ok service . Two star is a fair rating. 9 star on Expedia sounds a bit high but that may be because other properties in the area are similar .

Lovely little hotel, hard to open doors with the keys but we figured it out. Elevator and airconditioning but not the type of air conditioning in rooms in America. Nice location, lots of walkable shops and restaurants. Area is all cobblestone and can be difficult for elderly. a few blocks from all the greatest attractions or an easy 15 dollar Taxi ride

This hotel was wonderful! It is in a perfect location between the Colosseum and the Trevi fountain. Most places were within a 15 minute walk from it. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nicely kept. The air conditioning was great in the summer heat wave and worked well throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Hotel Artorius. The staff were very professional and accommodating to our needs. Room was clean and smelled amazing. The location of the hotel is perfect walking distance from Roma termini, colosseum and everything else. If you enjoying walking around and getting drinks at night this hotel is the perfect spot. Definitely recommend this hotel and I can’t wait to come back.

It was a great location to the bus (5 min walk) and from lots of cute and yummy food places! Staff was really friendly and the room was decorated very nicely. The AC was minimal, but just enough to somewhat cool us down. I think the AC situation is just standard for Rome unfortunately. We came in August and in a heatwave so I’m sure if you come a different time of year it would be refreshing enough.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to the famous Coliseum, walking distance. Very good location. Overall was good experience. One suggestion, hair dryer needs to updated in the room. It gives heat but not blowing, looked like it was melted.

Our room was spacious and well appointed. The elevator and AC were welcome touches at the end of the day. The front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating, even when a flight cancellation pushed our arrival until the early morning hours.

Very quaint Rome hotel. Staff and rooms are great! We had 2 rooms adjacent to each other for a family of 4. Quiet all night and in a great area for restaurants. Easy to get to all the main attractions! We even mistakenly left a bag and they kindly saved it til our return from our cruise. (They offered to set up shipping if we weren’t returning- that’s going above and beyond customer service!!)

Great location, nice sized room with a little kitchenette. Only downsides were whatever was above us made a lot of noise around 7am everyday and there looked to be a bit of mold near the floor by the window from a moisture leak.
