Only positive is distance to airport. Property is very outdated, bed is uncomfortable and very low to the floor, and room smelled like old wet carpet. I do not recommend staying here. The room had a huge space where a bed or sitting area should have been. It was quite awkward.

Very comfortable and close to the airport. Temporary parking for registration and unloading should be free with an hour time limit and not having to hassle with getting a parking ticket for the exit machine. The food machine beeped all night long. I suggest having a staff person do a late evening check on each floor

Hotel is great, great hotel restaurant, nice swimming pool, good bedroom and bathroom. It is just inconvenient to get around by public transport. There is literally no restaurants or anything really around the hotel that you could just go walking. You probably would feel better taking a taxi (overpriced) to get around or renting a car.

15 minutes for Fiumicino. Great pool. Good dining! Parking should be free and shuttle bus times should be more convenient. I had to drop off the car at Fiumicino Car Rental Return, the night before departure, and had no shuttle bus to return to the hotel. I had to take a taxi at a cost of 35 Euros.

I have stayed at this property several times in the last few years. The pool has been completely redone and looks great and the water temperature of the pool, just perfect. Not too cold and not too hot. I was surprised that I had to pay for parking as this was free in the past. The shuttle bus service has limited hours of operation which makes it a little inconvenient. As for the rest, this is a very good hotel to stay before a return trip to Canada. The rooms are spacious, with 2 Queen beds, and lots of room to add a crib or a cot. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a very good hotel.

Brink of genius.
This hotel is on the brink of genius. The pool (recently upgraded) is awesome. Breakfast is great (except for the frankfurters - disgusting) . The restaurant is 'fine' - service leaves a little to be desired and a bit more menu choice would be good, but its functional, especially given there's nothing else nearby to eat. There seems to be a program of investment - which is needed in the rooms. Large rooms (two queens for 2 adults, 2 kids was fine), but the beds are tired, the decor is tired - we had a room 1 away from the elevators which I assume was the source of clunking deep into the evening - annoying, but not enough to complain/move. The A/C was just acceptable if we kept the curtains mostly closed. It amazes me how loud people were in corridors at 2am - with kids! My advice would be get a room well down a corridor! Taxi's were very efficient into Rome - always available at the rank outside. it was EUR25 there, a little less back - the shuttle bus didn't work for us at all. Overall, this was GREAT value for money, and happy with my stay, but it'd be nice if some things worked better. I'd pay a bit more to get more!

It runs on a regular basis during the day but you need to reserve your seat 24 hrs before the departure. There is also a public bus which is available just at the exit of the hotel to reach downtown which is only 12 km far from our Hotel. It is a 4 stars hotel and has all the benefits that an hotel of this category can offer.If you were looking for a site in the centre of Rome with shops and restaurants open until late in the evening, this is not the place.Our location is clearly and fully stated on our and any other reservation websites. We heartily recommend our guests to read it carefully to avoid unpleasant surprises. Regarding the transportation, the hotel bus runs on a regular basis during the day but you need to reserve your seat 24 hrs before. With the shuttle you can reach the nearest metro station and in 20 minutes discover all the main attractions in the heart of Rome (the ticket for Metro is included in the bus fare). Staff are very condescending and rude. You either have a floor with a working vending machine or ice machine. Pool was under construction in late July. All rooms do not have mini fridges. Ac does not work properly in the rooms. This is absolutely not a 4 star hotel more like 2 stars at best, stop misleading people and false advertising!!

Apart from the ordinary maintenance this year it was necessary to add some hard works which were not estimated before. This was the cause of the delay for the opening.When we realized that, we promptly offered an alternative to our guest with another pool next to the hotel and immediately allert it on the web site with an announcement. Guests were happy to have this solution.Now our pool is ready!Not all the rooms are equipped with a fridge but when reserving you may ask for a room with the fridge in it.Our air conditioning system has been recently replaced with a new machine and it works properly. We did not receive complaints on this.We do not intend to misleading people and not our guests as well.Customer care is our primary objective, we choose our team members carefully with this in mind, we want all our guests to have the best possible stay whilst with us and believe that having the right team is of paramount importance.We hope this experience will not deter you from staying with us and we hope your next stay with us exceeds your expectations. Terrible experience
The pool that we booked the hotel for in a heatwave was out of service both pools were under renovations and we were not prior informed. They offered us pool passes to a crappy pool down the highway that was like a public pool and so gross. Bottom line we didn’t get what we paid for and they wouldn’t do anything else about it.
