The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is luxuriously furnished. The property is situated in a lively area, in the town centre, close to the old town. Available for shared use: lift and courtyard.

Rome. The holiday flat is located on an open plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Elegant 210 sqm flat, situated in a historic building. Plaza of Fine Arts. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the street in front of the house and a car park in the town (distance 100 m, guarded).  
  
**Special**  
Air conditioning, central heating (gas). independent. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. TV reception via antenna.  
For your **safety**, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.

The entrance to your holiday flat is on the mezzanine floor, is covered, and leads via an external staircase directly into the living room. The accommodation is in a building with a concierge.  
**Ground floor**: **Bedroom** with 1 double bed, 1 extra bed on a sofa chair (suitable for children only) and internal access to the bathroom with shower. **Bedroom** with 1 double bed, 1 cot and with walk-in wardrobe and internal access to the bathroom with shower and bathtub. **Bedroom** with 2 single beds and the beds can be pushed together to form a double bed. **Bathroom** with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and hairdryer. **Bathroom** with whirlpool bath, shower, 2 washbasins, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.  
**Mezzanine floor**: **Living room** with sitting area and with desk. (This is more of a study). **Living room** (120 sqm) with 2 extra beds on a double sofa bed, sitting area, TV, dining area (8 places) and (extra beds - double sofa bed - are on a mezzanine accessible via a spiral staircase). **Eat-in kitchen** with dining area (8 places). **Kitchen** **in the eat-in kitchen** with electric hob (5 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, toaster and access to a laundry room with washing machine and iron and ironing board. **Bathroom** with bathtub, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
