This place is fine if you need to stay by the hotel - was nice as I had a 6am flight and was easier to walk to the airport from here than to take a taxi from Rome but extremely expensive for what you get. The room itself was fine but for the price I would have expected more. Being attached to the airport is the only reason to stay here in my opinion. Staff I interacted with was very nice for what that's worth but I only really checked in and out with them.

The hotel was just a 10 min walk from the airport, all indoors and an elevator ride to the ground that let you outside with the hotel just abt 100 ft away. The hotel is beautiful, the lobby clean and very attractive. My check-in time was 2pm but my flight came in at 8am. I asked if they they could hold my bags and they said yes. I decided to also ask if I could get into my room early if it was ready and was told yes, in 1 hour! There were plenty of comfy couches in the lobby to sit while I waited and a pretty table with your choice of lemon, cucumber or mint water. The staff was helpful and patient and brought my key over to me an hour later, as promised. I loved my room, so clean and comfy and had a nice view. The grounds are kept immaculately. I loved the stonework of the sink and around the mirror and took advantage of the soaker tub and bidet. I needed an electrical outlet adapter (American) and it was delivered to my room 2 minutes after I called the front desk to ask for it. Room service was prompt, polite and respectful and the food was delicious! I had the Butch Cassidy burger, caprese salad and the chocolate parfait (my favorite part). And the breakfast buffet was fantastic! I was only there for 1 night to go on a cruise the next day and I didn't want to leave the room. It was so lovely! I plan to visit Rome again with Rome being the destination and will definitely be staying here with my family.

Wonderful experience at this hotel. The room and bedding were super comfortable after 2 weeks of very firm beds. The room was great and surprisingly the hotel restaurant as well. The reviews were all over the place but we had a fantastic meal 5 different dishes all good. Would definitely stay again if we travel to Rome couldn’t hear the planes at all even though it was a short walk to our terminal.
