60m2 apartment that can accommodate 2 people. Located on the eighth and last floor of a modern building with a lift, in the Trastevere area. The apartment is located in one of the most characteristic neighborhoods of the city, renowned for hosting the historic Porta Portese market and for the presence of services such as bars and restaurants. It is possible to park for a fee on the street (blue lines, NOT guaranteed), while the Roma Trastevere station is a 5-minute walk away.

The internal space is organized as follows:  
  
\- LIVING ROOM with sofa and access to the terrace and another small balcony;  
  
\- KITCHENETTE with dining table and chairs, induction hob with four burners, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils;  
  
\- BEDROOM with double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m) and access to a small balcony;  
  
\- BATHROOM with shower, bidet, toilet, sink with storage room for washing machine and dryer;  
  
\- COVERED TERRACE with access from the living room, furnished with chairs and a small table;  
  
\- TWO SMALL BALCONIES (one in the bedroom and one in the living room);  
  
\- WALK-IN CLOSET;  
  
\- STORAGE ROOM with washing machine and dryer.  
  
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating with fan coil, central air conditioning with fan coil, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal link that we will provide you a few days before arrival.  
  
NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.  
  
In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active exclusively until 11:30 pm.  
  
Payment of the city tax will be required.  
  
The apartment is located in the renowned Trastevere district. The area is one of the most beautiful and characteristic of the city, thanks also to the Porta Portese Sunday market, and is the ideal solution to best visit the main points of interest in the city while immersing yourself in Roman everyday life. Roma Trastevere Station can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.  
  
\-Colosseum and Imperial Forums: 24 minutes with bus 781 from the Carlo Porta stop to the Petroselli stop and then bus 118 to the Colosseo stop  
  
\-Trevi Fountain: 25 minutes with bus 170 from the Petroselli stop to the Piazza Venezia stop, 8 minutes on foot from the destination;  
  
\-Piazza Navona and Pantheon: 25 minutes by tram 8 from the Trastevere stop to the Arenula/Cairoli stop, 9 minutes walk from destination  
  
\-La Tavernaccia Restaurant: 6 minutes walk  
  
\-Antica Caffetteria Trastevere (Bar): 1 minute walk
