Modern and bright apartment, located on the second floor of a renovated period building with a lift (a few steps to access it).   
  
In 90 square meters of space it comfortably accommodates four people.   
  
The property is located in the Porta Metronia-San Giovanni area, about a 20-minute walk from the Basilica of the same name and Piazza Re di Roma, where you can find the metro stop to move comfortably around the city. The accommodation consists of a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and bathroom.

The internal space is organized as follows:  
  
\- LIVING ROOM with large sofa, TV, dining table with chairs and split A/C;

\- BEDROOM I with double bed (1.80x2.00 m), wardrobe, split A/C and access to the balcony;

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of switching on and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.  
  
Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from 8 November to 7 April.  
  
Please note that check-ins must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to a supplement as follows:

The apartment is centrally located, but it is very quiet and represents the ideal solution for staying in the city center while remaining away from the chaos. The location is excellent, in about 20 minutes on foot you can reach the Basilica of San Giovanni, the Lateran Palace and the Scala Santa, a place of worship for the faithful from all over the world. Also in 20 minutes on foot you arrive at Piazza Re di Roma where you can find the metro stop to reach all the main points of interest in the city such as Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo and the Vatican Museums.  
  
The area is full of services, including bars, supermarkets and restaurants.

\- Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano: 20 minutes on foot;  
  
\- Piazza di Spagna: 30 minutes by public transport;  
  
\- Colosseum and Imperial Forums: 17 minutes by public transport;  
  
\- Trevi Fountain: 27 minutes by public transport;  
  
\- St. Peter's Square (Basilica and Vatican Museums): 47 minutes by public transport.  
  
\- Mancini Cafe: 4 minutes on foot;  
  
\- Romolo e Remo Restaurant: 1 minute on foot;  
  
\- Porta Metronia Pharmacy: 1 minute on foot;  
  
\- Penny Market (supermarket): 2 minutes on foot.  
  
\- From Leonardo da Vinci International Airport in Fiumicino, you can reach the apartment by taking the fast regional train to Roma Termini Station, from where you can take the subway (Line A) to the “Re di Roma” stop (4 stops), about 18 minutes on foot from the apartment;  
  
\- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 520 in the direction of “Cinecittà” to the “Tuscolana/Cinecittà” stop (9 stops), from where you can take the subway A to the “Re di Roma” stop, about 18 minutes on foot from the property.;  
  
\- From Roma Termini Station, you can reach the apartment by subway (Line A) to the “Re di Roma” stop, about 18 minutes on foot from the property;  
  
\- If you are traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the ZTL. It is possible to park (for a fee) on the street or at the Garage Cirulli in via Gallia, a 4-minute walk from the accommodation.
