All furnishings and creature comforts have been carefully selected by our interior designer to provide our guests with a boutique hotel feel, with the added bonus of having the comforts of home. The living room is a great space to congregate as a group and enjoy an Aperitivo among the roof tops of Rome. Or hide out in the loft and watch a movie or read a book to finish your day. Comes equipped with 3 large AC units, Gas hot water heating (non stop) and smart thermostats to ensure good temperatures throughout the home. The beds; all of our mattresses are new and of assured quality. The master suite comes with a top of the line Pirelli series mattress, the second suite has a memory foam and spring mattress and the 2 sofa beds have been tested and guaranteed for a great night sleep. The home is quiet at night and day and is situated in a beautiful upper class building on one of Rome's most famous streets. In the center of all the sites you come to see. Walkable to all the best neighborhoods. Filled with great cafes and restaurants. This apartment was in such a perfect, central location. It’s on a cute little quiet side street with several interesting businesses. But an easy walk to so many of the touristy things we were there to see. The property manager who checked us in was very helpful, and I highly recommend using their airport transfer service. Made it super easy to get in and back out to the airport. The apartment was a nice layout for our family of four, and it was well appointed with nice bedding and towels and kitchen supplies. The living room was good for gathering and chatting. It was pretty cold and we had a hard time heating it up. The place was clean except in the master shower that had black mold. The beds were a bit hard, but might not be an issue for others. It would have been nice if they had coffee pods.for the coffee maker and enough toilet paper for our stay. ##### Traveler J. We loved everything about this beautiful loft over looking the river. Communication was easy and timely. We were warmly greeted by Miji who let us in the loft and gave us a tour of the place and how things worked and also recommended a few restaurants and bars and cafes nearby. We could not have asked for a more wonderful VRBO host. She treated us like family and we loved it! The location and view are unmatched. It was cozy and charming & just what we needed for a central hub. It was a perfect location for us to walk to all the main sites we came to see in Rome! We were here for a short stay, didn’t cook here, walked to nearby cafes and restaurants and enjoyed the local Italian cuisine. Ruel, one of the property managers, was very informative and helpful. We received a great list of recommendations as he also sat with us to map it all out. I would definitely recommend to others and I look forward to staying here again some day! ##### 5 B. It was very close to the Parthenon and on a quiet street with a police station close by, cafe's, and stores for groceries. The management was in constant communication and extremely helpful. They made the process very easy. We had two small issues while staying. The hot water heater went out but they had someone come out the same day and fix it. The other issue was spotty Internet access. Overall, the experience was wonderful and we highly recommend this property. We would stay again on our next visit. ##### Steve M.
