The apartment is centrally located on Via Margutta and is a nice size with a lovely view of the Borghese gardens, however, I would not describe it as a luxury rental by any means. The bathroom had a toilet seat that was worn beyond its years. The shower curtain was ripped with mould stains. Surely, this would cost little money to replace. If you plan to take more than a three-minute shower, plan to spend 10 minutes mopping up the water. This place could be a real gem, but unfortunately, the owner/management have not kept it up to the standards it advertises the apartment as. ##### Ercolino C. We opted to use the subway for our family of 4 although the taxi would have been easier and the same price. The apartment was located in a very quiet street near the Spanish Steps. There is easy access to the subway or taxi and walking distance to many top tourist attractions. As we planned to travel by train through Europe, we took full advantage of the laundry/washer in the apartmemt. The hand held shower was a challenge, as the ceiling is slanted and the drainage was slow.
