Probably the best thing for us was the centralized location of the apartment. We were right in the center of it all with a simple walk or scooter ride to any Roman historical site. You hear the hustle and bustle of the city so if you’re a light sleeper you may want to rethink it, but we liked the ambiant sounds. Host is top notch and really understands how to host travelers. It’s not just the view of the fountain, but the feeling of being in the middle of a constant celebration. The place is charming and comfortable. The owner was helpful in several ways. I might have shied away from the location, if not for previous reviews, saying that it was not too noisy in the apartment, and it’s true. It was not loud in the bedroom. The owner/manager Tony was absolutely the best host on V.R.B.O he responds quickly, arranged for our car service as well as contacts for tours. As for the apartment everything was perfect, functional and comfortable and the view was breathtaking. A few things to note the size of the bed I think is a king and the sofa bed was very comfortable with no annoying bar. One concern you may consider if you are a light sleeper this is a very popular tourist spot so there is noise and trash sweepers late at night, we did not mind and slept perfectly fine. All in all this is the best place we have stayed through V.R.B.O. ##### Lori C.
