Rome stay.
The mosquitoes at the end of October got me over thirty times. Not a super neighbourhood but we were safe enough. Luigi was very helpful. It was a decent room and stay for our budget. Close to restaurants and attractions.

Not sure!
The place is located at the area in Rome that is not so pretty! It’s very dirt around the building, very loud from all the traffic and metro is just under hotel. I guess this is just ok if you need place to sleep for one night and that is it. If you have car use the parking that is just block or two behind the building so you don’t have to worry about parking or I guess that is the only option for this place. If you take metro below the building it can take you to Colosseum and other places to see but other than that just ok place.

Set in a very seedy part of town. The free breakfast was a sugar bun with a cup of machine coffee. The breakfast room?? was 6 wooden chairs set around the coffee machine by the reception desk - no tables. The air-con was there but was unable to use it because the controller was missing (sounds deliberate to me). Would expect better in a Back-packers.

Evan's Guest House
It was difficult to find, in an obscure location, and when we arrived, we were informed that there was a problem with the rooms at Evan's guest House, and were given a room in an adjoining hotel called the Inn Central. This room was very clean, but spartan. The above rating applies to Inn central.

It's alright
It was an alright stay. We had a room with two single beds and one double. The wifi in the room was really poor and only one device could be connected at a time. The check in guy was only there for a few hours and he wasn't friendly. He wasn't that bad, just a little impolite. Our room was cleaned, but the "air conditioning" was pretty much non-existent. Only one key for both of us couples, which was bad on our last day at rome because one person got sick and the others were locked out for a while because no one is at the desk to get ahold of. Overall, decent location. Right by the metro. Easy to find. Oh, and the shower worked great.

Hôtel très bas de gamme. Couchage peu confortable, isolation minime. Mais pour le prix, nous nous doutions. En revanche le personnel était sympa et arrangeant.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous étions les seul sur l’étage, nous avions eu la chambre la plus vêtus. Je m’explique : Fenêtre de la chambre qui ne ferme pas. La climatisation n’avait pas de télécommande il fallait la demander à l’accueil (on l’attend toujours) Les pilles de la télécommande de la télévision on a demandé à les changer car rien ne fonctionner la encore et la télé était très haute on ne voyait rien, sauf si on restait debout. Le frigo était moisi. La douche fuyait et la fenêtre ne fermait pas Le déjeuner est à la hauteur de la chambre acheter dans un café . La propreté c’est pire encore, les photos ont été prise à notre arrivé. Le premier jour lorsque nous sommes rentre le nettoyage n’avait pas été fait, on nous a expliqué qu’il ne rentrait pas dans les chambres pour des raisons des sécurité. Les serviettes que nous avions mis parterre n’ont pas été changés, il a fallu batailler plus de 30 mn pour enfin avoir 1 petite et 1grande propre pour 2 adultes (changés tous les 3 jours) or sur votre site il y avait marque ménage quotidien. Je ne demandais pas beaucoup de critère mais là pour le prix 382 euros cela a fait beaucoup, Un client, très déçu juste une chose à dire ny venait pas

Zweckmäßig und hinreichend sauber
Wer nicht viel Geld ausgeben will und nicht viel Wert auf besonderen Komfort und gutes Frühstück legt, ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Für ein paar Tage Romerkundung reicht es allemal! Allerdings war das "interkontinentale Frühstück" mit Abstand das schlechteste Frühstück, das wir jemals serviert bekommen haben: Nichts Frisches, nur abgepackter Zwieback und ekliges Zuckerwasser, das als Saft deklariert wird. Nichtsdestotrotz war das Zimmer hinreichend sauber und zudem recht groß (leider aber nicht sonderlich stil- oder liebevoll eingerichtet). Der Leiter und wohl auch einzige Mitarbeiter des Gästehauses war ein wenig schroff, aber stets auskunftsbereit. Negativ überrascht waren wir, als wir für einen Check-In außerhalb der angegebenen Zeiten noch 20 € drauf zahlen mussten.

Die Zahlung eines Zuschlags für verspätete Ankunft ist in den Bedingungen vorgesehen, obwohl der Preis des Zimmers sehr bequem ist, gebe ich zum Frühstück Markenprodukte wie Orangensaft (Valfrutta, die eine bekannte Marke ist) und nicht mit Wasser gesüßt als sie sagt sowieso, auf Grund des bezahlten Preises kann man den Mond nicht erwarten

Super für kurzen Stadttrip
Die Lage des Hotels ist super, man kommt außer zum Vatikan wirklich überall zu Fuß hin. Die Gastgeber sind sehr lieb und haben uns freundlich empfangen und viele Tipps gegeben. Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht, nur bei anderen gesehen, ist nicht zu empfehlen. Außer ein wenig Schimmel an der Dusche, der aber nicht an wichtigen Stellen ist, und ein paar Schmutzflecken an der Wand ist alles sehr sauber gewesen. Der Ausblich ist ein Traum, auf einen kleinen Park. Alles in allem für Personen, die den ganzen Tag unterwegs sind und nur etwas zum Schlafen brauchen perfekt!

Simple hotell in short distance from the train station. The hotel is located in a big building on second floor. Big room for four persons with bathroom, ac and fridge. Not a place for doing anything else than sleeping but for that it is good. The neighbourhood is quite rough at night.

Hôtel très bien situé. Il faisait un peu froid mais une couette été disponible dans l'armoire. On est à proximité des principaux cites touristiques. Pour y dormir c'est bien.

L'accueil a été très bon
Le réceptionniste nous a bien reçu et il parle français. Cependant, nous avons été déçus par la qualité de la literie (sommier à lattes en mauvais état)

L'accoglienza e il personale sicuramente cortese e funzionale alle nostre esigenze, sul resto difficile lasciare un commento positivo, al di sotto delle aspettative, letti scomodi, coperte macchiate, in bagno neanche una piccola mensola per appoggiare il necessaire, camera per 4 e 2 sole sedie per fare colazione (due si sono seduti sul letto), colazione misera; meno male che è maggio e fa caldo, fosse stato inverno, con i buchi alle finestre sarebbe stato davvero difficile. Il quartiere è multietnico, molto variopinto con soli negozi cinesi, può piacere come no, ma non ci sono stati problemi di alcun tipo. Posizione strategica rispetto metro A e stazione Termini. Non lo consiglieri a chi viaggia in famiglia, eventualmente da utilizzare per soggiorni molto brevi.

ottima posizione vicinissimo alla metropolitana e hai servizi pubblici di superficie. purtroppo la zona vicino a Termini è multietnica e la prima impressione all'arrivo non è esaltante.... internamente il palazzo rispecchia l'esterno per quanto riguarda le stanze sono pulite e ben insonorizzate soprattutto quelle lato strada nel complesso soddisfacente anche in rapporto al prezzo la colazione prevede caffè, latte, cappuccino o cioccolato a scelta accompagnate da croissant che purtroppo sono di quelle confezionate

Podsumowanie kilku dni spędzonych "hoteliku": - plusy: lokalizacja blisko dworca i stacji metra, tanio, naprzeciw mały plac zabaw dla dzieci, - minusy: w rzeczywistości jest to kilka pokoi na piętrze kamienicy, niedbale sprzątany pokój, szpary w oknach, okno w łazience "zbite z desek", zimno w pokoju (pobyt w połowie lutego), w łazience wisi info: "ręczniki wymieniane co trzy dni" - nieprawda.

The hotel is clean, our room was nice but it lacks some things, we didn't get towels changed (policy says change is every 3 days) and we also didn't get shampoo or soap any day. The neighborhood seems dangerous at night, but we didn't have any problem. I was charged 31€ for 3 nights I think Evan Jr. cheated on me. The breakfast is poor, but you can make it through the 2nd meal of the day. Mr Evan is nice and kind. If you want to go only to sleep and close to Roma Termi, this is your option.

Kleines gemütliches Guest House mit netten Personal in sehr zentraler Lage (gleich neben der Metrostation Vittorio Emanuele). Das Frühstück war okey und bestand aus einem Caffe, einer Rosienenschnecke und Zwieback. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war in Ordnung. Im großen und ganzen ist die Preisleistung angemessen.

Situato in zona centrale
Il titolare del bed and breakfast è una persona molto simpatica e disponibile. La nostra camera pur essendo noi in cinque, era molto spaziosa. Sì trova vicinissimo alla metro e a due passi dalla stazione dei treni Termini. Da qui si riesce a visitare tutto il centro a piedi, anche senza mezzi pubblici. Il Colosseo è a poco più di un chilometro. Per il Vaticano noi abbiamo preso la metro alla andata e poi siamo rientrati a piedi, gustandoci al meglio le bellezze di Roma. Il mio giudizio è certamente positivo.

Pesima atención en Roma
Fue terrible, solo una persona (yo creo que el dueño) fue atenta y agradable, lamentablemente solo se encontraba en las mañanas, por la tarde habia una encargada grosera la cual vimos pocas veces porque nunca se encontraba en la recepcion, la dejaba vacia a cualquier hora del dia, le pedimos ayuda con la conexion del internet porque el segundo dia empezo a fallar y de forma muy grosera nos contesto que no sabia y me dejo hablando solo, el problema del internet nunca se resolvio, durante mi estancia solo una noche tuve internet. Hay un letrero en la habitación que dice que cada tres dias cambian las toallas, yo estuve ahi 5 dias / 4 noches y nunca cambiaron las toallas, 2 dias ni siquiera fueron a hacer la limpieza ( el 2do y el 4to), habia una fuga terrible de agua en el retrete la cual bloqueabamos con las toallas que nunca nos cambiaron. Ademas este hotel esta ubicado en el barrio Chino/indu, esta horrible la zona, hay vagos a todas horas en esa calle, muy cerca del metro pero terriblemente horrible y sucia la calle, es un edificio compartido con consultorios y demas, lo cual complica encontrar el hotel. Siendo sinceros fue muy mala experiencia y es triste que solo una persona del hotel se interese por los huespedes y te atienda bien mientras que los otros son groseros, desatentos o simplemente nunca estan. No lo recomiendo, busquen otro hotel si no quieren pasar por una experiencia similar.

Hemos estado 5 dias en este hotel la verdad ha estado muy bien la ubicacion muy centrica y muy bien comunicada. El tratamiebto del personal ha sido muy bueno de parte del dueño y los trabajadores..la habitacion estaba limpia tambien las sabanas y toallas .el desayuno tipo continental.en fin la estancia ha sido comoda y calida.

God beliggenhed - det var alt.
Hvis man bare skal have en seng så kan man sagtens vælge dette hotel. Fem minutters gang fra Termini og et minut til metro. Morgenmaden er en crossaint og en kop kaffe. Værelserne ligger ud til en stor vej så der er virkelig meget larm til langt ud på natten så det er svært at sove. Sengen var fin og der var pænt og rent.
