Perfect location, so close to everything. We were able to see everything without using public transit. Super convenient to get in and out. Staff was great! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was great that the VIP status was acknowledged by the property. Also they responded quickly to messages. The room was clean and spacious. It is misleading that this is a Bed&breakfast place but they do not serve breakfast although some of the pictures are clearly showing a breakfast area. There was a tiny coffee corner which was not mentioned by the hotel. Although there was a coffee machine there were no tabs or tea. Also the plate for pastries was empty. The most annoying thing was that I was woken up twice by guests ringing the bell for minutes as they were not able to enter the hotel. Rooms are not noise free as I heard people from other rooms. To enter the Hotel you need to walk up steep stairs but there is a lift accessible via another entrance.

Our room was quaint and nicely decorated. Loris was so helpful bringing our bags up the stairs on Friday’s check in and Lucas was very helpful with check out support. Both were so friendly and highly professional. Loved our location as close to the Pantheon and so many great restaurants and shopping. Would recommend for a simple but clean and nice place to stay.

The room way exceeds expectation. It is rather big with a huge bathroom for the European standard. It is close to everything and the restaurants around are top rated. The decoration of the room is very artistic.

Would highly recommend staying here. The staff is amazing and go out of the way to help you with anything you need. Dulcis Inn is centrally located and we walked to the coliseum and Vatican. Thank you for an amazing stay.

The staff were very accomming namely ?Laurice, who help us check in and settle in and gave us tips on where to eat; Luca, who was very accomodating with our request for our baggages to be stored even though we had to leave very early in the morning to be at The Basilica; and the other Filipino staff (apologies, didnt have the chance to get his name) who facilitated our check out. The accomodation is in very good location! So many restaurants nearby, 10-15min walk to the Pantheon, about 10min walk to Piazza Navona, about 20min walk to the Trevi Fountain, 15min walk to Castello d'Angelo and from there another 15min walk to St. Peter's Square & The Basilica or 30min walk all the way from Dulcis inn straight to the Basilica. Overall stay was great! Would highly recommend to my friends!

This property is in a great location, there's so much to do nearby. We were able to walk nearly every where we went. Checkin and checkout was easy and the staff were great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only drawback is the street is noisy at night, my partner had a hard time sleeping but I didn't notice.

Very limited time that staff was available. It seemed to be 8-5 and less on weekends. Bathroom was very small. The sink keeps the shower door from opening all the way . The staff is pleasand does what they could do. Very good on calling cabs in the morning as long as it was after 8.

Good: bed, free bottle of wine, location excellent if you wanted short walks to major attractions. Bad: reception rarely there and often late. Room very small. No elevator for luggage. Only one mirror in bathroom, nowhere else. Bathroom had a floor that was multi level and we had to be careful not to trip every time we were in there. Would we stay there again? Not if there were modern alternatives.

Hello, thank you for being our guests.We are sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay, but we believe your review is the result of your sensations rather than reality.Let's take into consideration the sides that you consider negative.Reception: our Reception is open every day from 8 to 18, as written on all sites, including expedia, if you had other needs, you had to make other choices.Small room, the room is exactly the square meters written on the expedia site, even here if you had other needs, you would have had to make other choices.The property has an elevator and is located on the internal stairs.If the bathroom step has disturbed you we are sorry, this is the first time we have heard this complaint.....In summary, a more careful reading of the expedia site would have made you make a choice, perhaps, more suited to your needs, BUT GOING UP IS EFFORTLESS, WHILE DOING THE CENSORS IS PERHAPS MUCH MORE REWARDING.On the positive side, perhaps you forgot that the room and bathroom were NEW, because they have just been refurbished.....PS even if we had to act as censors we could judge the order that was in the room during your stay, but we don't.The Property

This was a really nice property, however there is NOTHING around. If you do not have a car you cannot leave. Also, make sure you have transportation set up from the train or the airport prior because a taxi was extremely expensive since the hotel is so far up in the mountain. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and everyone working there was very kind and accommodating. It definitely makes a difference staying on the side with the pool and restaurants; we had to ask to move rooms because we were originally put on the other side and there was no air conditioning and the lights on the room did not work. Other than that, our stay there was very relaxing.

All staff are friendly and informative. Check in process and explanation of hotel accommodations was thorough. Great espresso and danish available any time of day. I stayed in the only twin/single room (Py) and was very happy with the size, AC and high speed Internet. The noise from above apt footsteps and next door guests was sporadic. The two double rooms next door were getting full remodel/makeovers the days I stayed. That was good to see because I was told they are adding a sound barrier. I would stay here again, great staff and superb location, minute walks to everything you want to see.

Such a cute little boutique hotel located in the perfect location. Walking distance to the Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Vatican, Piazza Navona, great dining options and most of the main attractions in Rome. The rooms are on the smaller side, but who goes to Rome to sit in your room? We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect solo stay
I had a single room in this hotel which was perfect for my needs. Sometimes single rooms can literally be box rooms,but this one was spacious with plenty of room for me to have my case laid out, places to hang clothes, bed was very comfortable, nice little bathroom. The air conditioning was fantastically effective - I would turn it off during the day while out for eco reasons, but within a few mins of being back in the room then it was cooled down which is amazing considering the 40+C heat outside during my stay. There is cooled drinking water provided in the communal lobby area and sometimes snacks for breakfast (assuming another guest doesn’t take more than their fair share). Overall I loved my stay. Would recommend ear plugs to combat the car noise from street outside and from other people in hotel banging doors etc, but this is standard item when travelling anyway since most people are so inconsiderate of the noise they make - not the hotels fault.

Very cute little hotel within walkimg distance of the Patheon, Piazza Navina and the Trevi foutain. 25 minute walk to Vatican. Hotel is clean and staff was friendly. We would stay here again.

Dulcis Inn Pantheon
The Dulcis Inn Pantheon has a great location with restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean and quiet. Our one complaint as visitors during Rome's extremely hot summer of 2023 was that the air conditioning didn't lower the humidity in the room.

Simple yet comfortable place to stay. The front door was hard to find at first because the sign on the door is quite small, but you’ll eventually find it (there is a blue-lit keypad on the left side). There are probably only 6ish rooms here so there’s not a lot of traffic - very quiet. No breakfast spread but there are a bunch of cute cafes nearby that do breakfast and beyond. The staff were so kind and even left us some wine glasses when they noticed we bought a bottle. Overall the location for this price was marvelous. It’s a 10 minute walk to the pantheon, 15 to Trevi fountain and about 30 to the colosseum. Overall would recommend!
