Avoid at all costs

Awful hotel. Avoid at all costs. My flight was delayed and they refused to keep reception open even 10 minutes beyond the midnight closing time. I understand that it stated the closing time of reception on hotels.com but i would hope a decent hotel would show some flexibility. They also refused to reimburse me. This left me frantically searching for somewhere else to stay and cost me significantly more. Dreadful start to a honeymoon. Avoid like the plague.

Giuseppe the owner was absolutely brilliant. Our flight was delayed and hire company tried their usual tricks!... Anyway Guiseepe stayed an hour after expected arrival and gave us a warm greeting. He showed us around a spotlessly clean apartment, large bathroom, comfy beds and shared kitchen where breakfast was the next morning. Giuseppe said we could help yourself to coffee and snacks. Highly recommended for a reliable stay.

Check in was a bit difficult as no one is on site and it is a gated property. Recommend contacting the owner before hand with your ETA so he can meet you with the keys. Otherwise, very good property.
