Down by the River Stay in Downtown Rome Ga

  • Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. We are family friendly and allow small pets. Just steps away from Broad St, nestled in the historic downtown of Rome, GA. Located right on the river, with direct access to the river trail. This upstairs apartment has everything you will need for your stay. Fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels are provided.

    If applicable, early check-in/check-out will be $20 extra a hour.

    When you park you will see the stairs to the left of the building. You will enter into the living room, where one of the bedrooms will be to the left. Through the hallway you will find the kitchen, bathroom, and second bedroom. Both beds are queen size.

    Pet fee is $125.
    Self-check in with keypad.
    $20 upcharge per hour for early check-in/check-out.

    ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT TOILET PAPER SHOULD BE FLUSHED IN THE TOILET. ANY WATER PLUMBING ISSUES THAT ARISE DURING YOUR STAY WILL BE CHARGED TO THE TENANT.

Would stay here again for sure. Great location and quiet, clean and well stocked. Older home and finishes but perfect for what we needed. Loved sitting on the front porch and watching the birds with a glass of wine in the evening!

Great place for weekend getaway. Downtown Rome Ga is a great place to visit with wonderful restaurants and various bars. Riverfront offers a great walk.

The location was amazing for our trip. The space is well appointed with comfortable furniture, nice bedding, and all the items you need in bathroom and kitchen. Check in and out was really easy. Would definitely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The location is ideal for walking to great restaurants and shopping on Broad Street. The beds are super comfortable and the location of the various rooms allows for privacy and quiet. It’s a great place (very clean too) and we hope to return.

This is the best location ever. Steps away from Broad St but so quiet. So glad someone is maintaining and sharing this small slice of old neighborhood in downtown Rome. Love sitting out on the shady deck next to the River. It has all the best things Rome has to offer.

We were in town for a wedding and the property was very close to downtown and shopping. Try Schroeders for lunch. The property was just fine. I’m a big guy so the shower was a little cramped but that did not detract from our stay. Beds were comfortable. We’d come back for sure.

Comfortable and convenient location!This two-bedroom one bath apartment provided us with a comfortable living space and convenient location to downtown Rome & one of the many River walks in Rome. We would definitely stay here again. We did not need to reach out to the owner. They did provide us with clear instructions on check in prior to our arrival. 5 out of 5!

Great Location

This was a great location, right on the river walk and 2 blocks down from Broad Street. We were easily able to walk to all of the places we planned to visit. It was also very clean and had all of the basic amenities we needed.

My husband and I traveled to Rome for a running event. This house was perfect! It is well stocked, spotless, quiet, and located near restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.

House was great and hosts were very responsive! The only downside for us was the converted tub/shower, as we are both over 6 feet and had to bend down to get our heads under the shower head. The beds are comfortable and the linens were soft. Very convenient to downtown!

Charming apartment near BC and downtown

It has a kitchen and nice sitting room with a TV with two separate bedroom with closets. I will visit again in the future.

This unit is exactly as described. Perfect location beside the river trails and within easy walking distance to several great restaurants. Beds were comfy and porch offered a lovely “extra” space. They lose a star for poor communication during our visit. Our host did not answer either of our two question via text or telephone, but did arrange for the repair of one minor issue.

Cute place!

Nice 2 bedroom 1 bath upstairs unit. We were in Rome for a tennis tournament at Berry College. It was easy to get to the tournament and very walkable to town and restaurants. The river walk is right there too.

Everything was lovely! Great location in town. It’s the upstairs unit above a property management office. The bathtub is a little iffy getting in and out of. High step and the shower head is low but we knew this going into it. It’s a tight space so had to make do I'm sure! The stairs outside could use a light for returning in the evening. Very much enjoyed and would return!
