Splendid apartment located on the raised ground floor of a period building NOT equipped with a lift (6 steps to access).  
  
In 90 square meters of space it comfortably accommodates four people with two double bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and bathroom.  
  
The apartment is located in the heart of the Esquilino district, a seven-minute walk from the gardens of Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, where there is the LINE A metro stop, and just 6 minutes walk from Termini Station.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Esquilino district, a seven-minute walk from the gardens of Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, where the LINE A metro stop is located, and just a 7-minute walk from Termini Station.  
  
Since the Umbertine era of the late 19th century, the neighborhood has retained its elegant and slightly austere architecture, today enlivened by ethnic shops and the market. Art lovers can choose between the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the church of San Pietro in Vincoli, the National Roman Museum and, on the Colle Oppio, the Domus Aurea. Going down Via Cavour you can easily reach the charming Monti neighborhood. Once popular and dilapidated, today it is a place to discover, made up of narrow medieval streets and hidden taverns, alternative shops and trendy bars. Termini Station is just a 7-minute walk from the property.

\- If you travel by car, you can park for a fee on the street near the property. Alternatively, you can park (again for a fee) at Park Giolitti, in Via Giovanni Giolitti 267, a 5-minute walk from the apartment, open 24 hours a day.  
  
The accommodation is also an 8-minute walk from the P.ZZA VITTORIO EMANUELE metro stop on Line A (which takes you to St. Peter's and the Vatican Museums).
