I would rather spend some more money to stay in a regular hotel. It took me 1.5 hour to enter the room, so stressful and not worthy.

There was no front desk. Everything done remotely and do it yourself. No heating in the apt at end of December. No hot water in shower. Toilet room in poor condition. Overall, the worst hotel/apt I experienced during my two weeks of vacation trip and the use of six diff hotels/apts.

We really appreciated the location, cleanliness, water and snack items available. It was super easy to check in and out, and it’s proximity to the mall and restaurants, as well as the airport, is really the best part.

I arrived late at 1am due to flight delays. And when I arrived at the property I was given a code to unlock a lockbox which had the key for the apartment. Unfortunately the code I was given was wrong but I kept trying for almost an hour, then I tried to call, text and email several times but no response. In addition there is no one at the property to help you (No front desk) the area is dark and feels very unsafe. I had my mother and little brother who were very tired from the flight, but as we couldn’t get into the apartment we ended up sleeping in the airport as all hotels nearby were fully booked. Worst experience of my life! Lucky I contacted Expedia and explained my terrible situation and they were quick to help find another replacement. All the money spent on transportation was not refunded so I basically paid double for everything. Do not book at this property if your wanting to go to Italy.

Simple one bedroom apartment with a big walk-in closet that was converted into a bedroom without proper ventilation. The patio is overpowered with flies . The kitchen door has huge wholes in the glass imset that allows those flies get inside apartment.the master bedro matress was of poor quality. The only positive about this apartmemt is close proximity to the airport.

Stayed for a night. Very close to the train station (4 minutes) so it makes the place convenient if you are taking a plane early morning. The mall is also walking distance which are the only food options I saw around the area, the mall has a super market that is convenient as well. The apartment is ok for a night stay, the bathroom needs to be renovated, the main door of the house does no close, there is a charge of 20 euros of you use the dishwasher, the sofa cama is NOT confortable and you are asked before you exit to leave 2 euros per person per night for taxes.

It's not hotel but an appartment im a building. Clean and clear explanation hot to get in, availability on wharsupp for any question. That's was enough for us. The area itself is not attractive, good mainly to be close to the airport

It was not clear from the start if this was an air bnb property which is Expedia's fault. the lady - contact person, was very nice and supportive. The property is not convenient to travel to the airport, even when it is next to it. The taxi service is problematic in that area. Inside the house the milk left to use was expired and there was no air conditioning because it was broken. No effort to compensate us for that.

Great place!
Great place to stay. It was our last night before heading home so we wanted to stay close to the airport and not pay the higher hotel costs. This was the perfect choice for us and 2 kids. Having the second bedroom is a must with kids. Don't expect an actual breakfast though, it's packaged croissants and goods, which was fine for us, just wanted to give a heads up for travellors!

I have to say a little disappointed.
For a 3rd world hotel it was disappointing to me. To me it was very substandard especially for the price. It would be considered a 2 star hotel in the USA. There were advertising things like airport shuttle you just had to pay for it. The free breakfast was a joke and totally unhealthy for you. There was no A/C. I had to unplug the tv to charge my phone. I had a real long day traveling and I was hoping for something a little better. No wash cloths? The people were exceptionally nice.

In general it was a sweet place. We did not know that we had to ring the intercom. Nearby people helped us. When we did use the intercom it was impossible to hear the person. It was a challenge to find nearby food establishments since we did not know the area. Free wifi was appreciated.

Not what I expected, would not stay again
You get what you pay for and this stay was cheap! Location is less than desirable, right across the street from train tracks which you hear clearly in your room. The building is actually residential with a few rooms allocated as a B&B. The furniture was dirty, the bathroom smelt like urine and the overall feel of the place was depressing. The breakfast was a small box of cereal and some cookies left in your room, some milk, juice and water in the fridge and a coffee machine that was temperamental.....not my idea of a B&B. One of the shuttle bus staff smelt like alcohol, thankfully he was not the one driving the van. There is a mall and some restaurants close by but there isn't much to do. Personally, I would not stay here again.

The staff was very accommodating to our changing schedule during our day on Rome. The property was easily accessible from the train station. They arranged a shuttle for us in the morning that dropped us right at our terminal. A perfect place to stay for someone catching a flight in the morning.

The apartment was in tip-top condition
The apartment was in tip-top condition. The young man who opened the gate and door was very helpful. The was food, milk and bottled water for breakfast. Transport to airport could be arranged for 20 euros for 2 persons or 25 euros for 3 persons. The same young man helped to move/lift our heavy luggage. Shopping centre and metro station were within walking distance.

Convenience on a budget
This is a small bare bones accommodation very close to the FCO Rome airport. It most redeeming quality beyond price, it its location to convenient trains, and airport as well as a modern mall, cinema and restaurants. While it is a smaller room, it has a nice little kitchen fully stocked with breakfast items and for cooking, and a nice outdoor courtyard and patio. The bathroom was tiny and could have benefited from a couple of hooks and a small shelf or counter by the sink. I strongly recommend this place for budget travelers

Domus Al Parco - very nice place
All around great experience. We arrived at the airport late at night and the Domus sent a van to collect us (for an additional fee but SO worth it!!). The location is great for easy access to airport. Our flat was amply sized, clean, comfortable, and it perfect working order. Continental breakfast was supplied. Friendly and helpful staff. Train station is a short walk away. Highly recommended!

Very good stay
200 m from one of biggest malls in Rome and 300m to train station. A bit expensive to get downtown, as had to go to Airport, change trains then to Termina station. The representative, Vincenzo, was helpful, on time, very pleasant and made the stay very good. It is an apartment, so no facilities or on-site personnel. Rooms were clean, well put together and kitchen was excellent. Only problem was cost to get downtown (reason why it did not get excellent)

This is not a hotel, but rather individual rooms of an apartment complex. We took two rooms for my children and my husband and I. Both were comfortable and clean. The problem was when we wanted to take a shower, in one of the bathrooms the hot water would stop after a couple of minutes and it was impossible to turn it back on. On the other bathroom, the water was fine but just the faucet worked and not the shower head. There is no on site staff, you have to call a number. Since we were staying for just one night before our flight back home, we did not want to bother calling. Packaged breakfast food is provided for you to prepare on your own, like cookies, toast, coffee and juice. Except for the water issue, I found the hotel ok.

Good value stay, very clean, pleasant & convenient
Lovely people, they patiently awaited our midnight arrival without complaint or extra charge. You can see they do their best to go the extra yard in providing a good service by all the little details - lots of towels, soaps, shampoos, a breakfast spread - albeit entirely sweet not savoury so really not my taste - and a complimentary bottle of just about drinkable wine. Free wifi, a good and easy connection. Extremely comfy bed and quiet location, with our own outside courtyard for taking a bit of air. There were a couple of slightly odd "style over substance" things though, which are the reason for the lost marks 1. The shower was raised up on a plinth so felt a bit dangerous to climb into. The non-slip mat in it covered the drain and caused the water to get stuck in the tray, and the too-long shower curtain, which needed to be kept hanging inside so as to stop water escaping, caused a further hazard by draping all over the rather small shower tray underfoot. And where are you supposed to put the bath mat? 2. Very nice having little boxes of cereal and milk supplied for breakfast, but the lack of bowls meant I had to eat it out of a teacup! 3. The automatic "air freshener" pump way up above the wardrobe, which squirted out a noxious blend of chemical floral smells which caught the back of my throat and made me cough throughout the night. No way to turn it off. They need to consider the significant proportion of people who are allergic to such things / asthmatic.
