A spacious and colorful apartment of approximately 80 square meters, comfortably accommodating up to four people, located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator but steps.  
  
The property is well-connected by public transportation, just 300 meters from the Garbatella metro station on the B line and 900 meters from Rome Ostiense Station.  
  
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette, two bathrooms, and two balconies.

The interior space is organized as follows:  
  
\- LIVING ROOM with sofa, 52 Smart TV, dining table with chairs, split A/C, and balcony access;  
  
\- KITCHEN with induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, washing machine, electric kettle, electric oven, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;  
  
\- BEDROOM I with double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror, split A/C, and balcony access;  
  
\- BEDROOM II with two single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m), bedside tables, coat hangers, chair, desk, split A/C, and en-suite bathroom;  
  
\- BATHROOM I with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;  
  
\- BATHROOM II (enclosed to the double bedroom) with raised shower stall, sink, and toilet;  
  
\- BALCONY I with access from the living room and furnished with a small table and chairs;

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.  
  
City tax payment will be required.  
  
The apartment is located in the Garbatella area, full of all services and well connected by public transport. The Roma Ostiense station is 900 meters from the accommodation and the metro B Garbatella stop is a 4-minute walk away.  
  
The property thus becomes an excellent starting point for visiting the beauties of the Eternal City: easily reachable are the historic Testaccio district, known for the picturesque Testaccio local market; the Circus Maximus and the Imperial Forums.  
  
Among the main points of interest we point out:  
  
\- Circus Maximus: 15 minutes by public transport;  
  
\- Colosseum and Imperial Forums: 20 minutes by public transport;  
  
\- Trastevere: 26 minutes by public transport;  
  
\- Piazza di Spagna: 30 minutes by public transport;  
  
\- Piazza San Pietro and Vatican City: 47 minutes by public transport.  
  
\- Ristoro degli Angeli (Restaurant): 4 minutes by foot;  
  
\- Eden Caffè (Bar): 2 minutes walk;  
  
\- Carrefour Market (supermarket): 2 minutes walk.  
  
\- From Fiumicino Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the train to the Roma Ostiense stop (8 stops), a 12-minute walk from the property.  
  
Alternatively, you can reach the apartment by car/taxi in about 30 minutes.  
  
\- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 720 to the Laurentina stop (21 stops), from where you can take the B1 metro line to the Garbatella stop (6 stops), a 5-minute walk from the property.  
  
Alternatively, you can reach the apartment by car/taxi in 30 minutes.  
  
\- From Rome Termini Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the B metro line to the Garbatella stop (5 stops), a 5-minute walk from the property.  
  
\- If you are travelling by car, there is paid parking available in the streets adjacent to the property (NOT guaranteed).
