Rione MontiHoliday Home is very well located, in the central area halfway between the Spanish Steps and the Colosseum, in a quiet street.  
Here you can rest after a long day of walking.  
The area, the high ceiling, the cozy and familiar atmosphere, the attention to detail in the choice of equipment,  
make it comfortable and suitable for everyone, from singles to families, to couples looking for an intimate environment, to couples of friends.  
200 meters from the Metro and 500 meters from the Termini station.  
  
Rione Monti Holiday Home is an accommodation consisting of:  
 \- A large, comfortable living room with a sofa bed, also double, spacious and comfortable. (200x160).  
\- a kitchen in line, equipped with a wide range of pots, pots and appliances.  
 \- The bathroom which has a spacious mosaic-decorated shower  
 \- The sleeping area on a mezzanine with a bed of size 200x160

I live nearby and my guests can count on me for every need.  
I'm available by phone if my guests need support or want to receive information on services, restaurants and much more. I can book restaurants in advance for special events or guided tours to museums not provided with websites  
  
Activities in the area: It is practically possible to walk to almost all the monuments of Rome.  
In particular, the Colosseum and the archaeological area of ​​the Roman Forums and the Mercati Traianei.  
Joggers can take advantage of the beautiful Colle Oppio park which offers one of the most beautiful views of the city.  
Piazza di Spagna and the Trevi Fountain are conveniently reachable on foot or with only three stops of the shuttle bus that with its circular route connects all the most important squares of the historic center.  
  
Services and entertainment: The area is full of very original shops, you can find handicrafts and interesting small boutiques.  
The evening comes alive thanks to the clubs (restaurants, wine bars, cafés and wine shops) that allow you to spend pleasant evenings.

#### Espace clos!

Comment peut-on louer à ce prix un appartement sans aucune fenêtre!! Pas de lumière pas d’air malgré la clim une odeur de renfermé persiste et pénètre tous les vêtements. Quartier bruyant. Des personnes squattent dans les escaliers…Bruits jusqu’à 5h du matin. La porte de l’appartement en métal est peut-être sécuritaire mais laisse passer tous les sons de la rue

#### Excellent accueil. Conseils précieux de la propriétaire. Appartement idéalement situé et propre.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Rome et c'est en partie grâce à notre hôte. La propriétaire est très sympathique et chouchoute ses visiteurs. Après une arrivée un peu chaotique à cause d'un vol annulé, elle nous attendait malgré l'heure très tardive, souriante, nous réservant l'agréable surprise d'avoir pensé à notre petit déjeuner du lendemain et avait préparé le lit des enfants !! A-do-ra-ble ! ! Elle nous a indiqué les chapelles ou sites incontournables, fait part des meilleures adresses culinaires. Avant notre départ, nous avions échangé multiples mails auxquels elle a répondu avec précision, rapidité et gentillesse . Et le tout en français ! Ce qui est très pratique quand on ne maîtrise pas l'italien ! L' appartement est fonctionnel et confortable. Il est extrêmement bien placé en centre-ville près du Colysee. Il est très bien équipé, tout est sur place même le sèche-cheveux ! Rome est une ville riche et merveilleuse, toutes les générations s'y retrouvent : histoire, architecture, arts, et bons petits plats ! Les sites prisés sont époustouflants mais...n'hésitez pas à flâner dans les rues. ..c'est génial aussi. Bon séjour !

#### Great Rome location!

A great location for our first visit to Rome! The apartment was an easy walk from the train station, & an easy walk to the Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain & other locations we were eager to see. Manu was very responsive to our questions & needs, including providing restaurant recommendations. Thank you!

St. Mary Major is just around the corner. Excellent communication with Manager. Fully functional and equipped kitchen. Welcoming space to relax in after a day of touring Rome. Loft bed takes some getting used to.

#### Perfect

Walked about 42k steps in one day while visiting in Rome. This little apartment was in an absolutely perfect location for everything I needed. From transportation to sight seeing to places to eat nearby….I don’t think it could get better for a solo traveler or a duo get away! Property owner was a gem

The location was perfect for walking to all the key tourist areas, tons of restaurants within minutes of the property. Emanuela was super helpful and answered all the questions we had. We took the Leonardo Express train from the airport to Tremini Station and walked to the property.

The host was excellent! Great communication and accommodating to us when we needed an early check in. Apartment was tidy and in a great location. Bed was in a loft area but very comfortable.

This little apartment was perfect for us (once we got used to the loft bed). Our host Gabriella was great. She met us earlier than expected and let us into her neat, clean, well equipped apartment. Coffee pod machine was a nice touch. Guide books to puruse and an info folder she had compiled was very helpful and meant we dined and wined at some great spots we might not have discovered. Easy walking distance to all sites. Highly recommend!!

We loved our stay here! It was a great location for us and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. It worked out very well for us. The owner is the sweetest and had a binder of all the information you could need for the property as well as information around the area and recommendations!

The location is walkable to most of the major locations, bus, and trains. My only suggestion for taller travelers close to 6" you may want to rethink any loft style location. Other than that, it was a pleasure to stay here.

#### Great time in Rome and stay at Emanuela’s place!

Took the train from the airport to Termini terminal and walked a few blocks to the apartment. Emanuela was great! She responded to all our questions right away and checked on us to see how we were doing. Her place is nice and clean.

Emanuela is such an awesome host... the home is accurately described in photos and writing. An awesome feature... the home is street level! No up and down with luggage or after a long day. Easy in, easy out. Close enough to both metro train and bus stations. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly book again.
