A private entrance on the street leads you to the apartment, on the 1st floor. You will find the charm of a historic home with all modern comforts. Historic sites are within walking distance, and the area offers many restaurants and tourist attractions. The apartment is composed of a bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa bed, a dining room, American kitchen and bathroom. The linen is provided. The apartment is equipped with independent heating as well as an air conditioning system. Nombreux restaurants, cafés, commerces à proximité + un excellent boulanger dans la rue voisine et un très bon restaurant au pied de l’appartement. Dès notre arrivée nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli par Pina, pour nous remettre les clés et nous donner toutes les infos utiles. Appartement très spacieux, dans une rue relativement calme, un beau living où l'on a pu ce reposer après nos longues journées de visite. L'appartement est idéalement situé proche de la plus part les sites à visiter (nous avons quasiment tout visité à pied). Petit conseil si vous êtes bon marcheur ne prenez pas les pass en tout genre, quelques billets de bus/tram/métro suffiront. Nous étions à environs 10' à pied de tous les quartiers où l'on peut se restaurer (Trastevere, Navona, Campo dei Fiori, ....). Petit plus un bon boulanger à 2' de l'appartement et une supérette en bas de l'immeuble, très pratique pour les petits déjeuner. Le quartier regorge de petits restos typiques et d'une des meilleure boulangerie de Rome. A 20 mètres, une supérette et son comptoir à fromages et les produits de la mer. It was so spacious, clean, and charming. It felt like staying in a piece of Roman history, but it also had all modern amenities. Location is in walking distance to so many things! The owner was very helpful and communicative and assisted us with private transportation and answered any questions I had. The apartment was clean and the check in process was easy! I would highly recommend renting this property and when we return to Rome we will certainly stay here again! ##### Lorraine C.
