The apartment is located in front of the Teatro dell'Opera, in the famous Viminale district, a few steps from metro A (Termini) and B (Cavour). The apartment is a prestigious property with classic and elegant furnishings, marble and parquet floors, original ceilings and windows. The entrance door is accessed through a condominum representative hall with security camera. The apartment consists of an entrance used as a living area with a sofa (convertible to a single bed), 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with spacious and comfortable showers, large kitchen with dining area. It was rushed to get some information from him as he was asking where we were and why we e were late. There wasn’t enough included amenities which I figure is normal for a rental apartment - only enough toilet paper for a few days - we stayed 7 nights and there were 5 of us. There was no paper towel and 1 dish cloth. Overall, it was a fine place to sleep and the train station is close. The bars around there had very nice ppl working which was lovely. It was very clean with everything one would need like a good air/heat conditioner, kitchen appliances and cleaning products. There was no toaster which we missed because breakfast was the only meal we wanted to prepare there. It is quite spacious with very large bedrooms. The air conditioning is also very good, which was clutch on the very hot days. We loved the location within easy walking distance from Termini, the metro (Republic), and a number of key bus stops. The unit is on the 4th floor, but there is an elevator that makes loading in and out a breeze. I also highly recommend stocking up at the grocery store across the street, great prices on essentials for the fridge. The apartment was quiet and well maintained. The mattress are incredibly comfortable and they had lots of extra blankets and pillows in the cabinets as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and there’s a grocery store right out the front doors of the building. The apartment manager who met us for checkin was very friendly and professional. The shared area (with the brown leather couches) is not really usable since there is no air and neighbors come and go thu there.
