It had a washer, so we were able to do our laundry and dry the clothes on a rack. It was perfectly located by the Coliseum, so we were close to many of Rome's historical gems. A nice perk was that the property management company organized our airport transfer for a good price. It was more space than our family of three needed, but it was so nice to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. The building felt very safe, and our 9-year-old especially enjoyed being in charge of entering the door code every time we came “home.” The entry hallway is impressively wide and easily accommodated our large backpacks. The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the Colosseum and plenty of restaurants. The view from the apartment is lovely, with beautiful surrounding buildings. Plus, there’s a small mason (Roman water spout) right outside the street entrance where we topped up our water bottles every morning before heading out. Not the bedroom (fan). I had the washer, oven and aircondition on and the electric went off.l had to go downstairs in the courtyard to get it back on.
