1. Difficult to find location. It is on the 4th floor of property 184 2. Host speaks only Italian, difficult for non-Italian speaking tourists 3. Only one , one double bed and one small bed 3. Posto perfetto per andare all'Olimpico per concerti o partite. veramente comodo, a due passi dallo stadio. Fermate vicinissime per spostarsi ovunque a roma, certo essendo accanto allo stadio si è a mezz'ora da tutto ma se si va per lo stadio non c'è di meglio.

A due passi dall'Olimpico... per il resto voto 7
Devo dire che mi sono trovato bene, tenendo conto delle esigenze per il quale l'ho scelto. A due passi dalla Stadio Olimpico, casa piuttosto piccola ma la mia stanza abbastanza spaziosa, per essere una singola. Il bagno per fortuna non è in comune come altri b&b, per la colazione solo prodotti confezionati. Un consiglio... siccome il letto matrimoniale nella stanza piccola è su un soppalco ricavato per sfruttare al massimo gli spazi, chi è poco agile stia attento ai gradini piuttosto ripidi. Parcheggio ottimo, praticamente sotto casa e con tariffe convenienti. Tutto sommato mi sono trovato bene

L'acqua calda non andava, sicchè non ho potuto nemmeno farmi una doccia. Colazione pessima, qualche brioche confezionata, yogurt, cialde x tè e caffè, due tazze piene di polvere, marmellate che senza il pane e fette biscottate non sono servite a niente!!

Nicht mal als Sonderangebot
Es handelte sich bei unserem Zimmer um ein von einer größeren Wohnung agetrenntes Zimmer mit separatem Bad. Das Zimmer wirkte abgewohnt, die Steckdosen hingen wie Lämmerschwänze an der Wand. Da offensichtlich jemand vor uns das Bad unter Wasser gesetzt hatte, war das Duschwasser aus dem Bad gelaufen und hatte das Parkett nach oben wölben lassen. Hier lagen nun 3 Fußabtreter drauf um dies abzudecken. Frühstück stand im Flur- abgepackte kleine Törtchen, Zwiebäcke und Marmelade, eine Pad- Kaffeemaschine, Zucker und schwarzer Tee waren vorhanden. Allerdings keine Teller, Besteck und eine Sitzmöglichkeit. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich angefangenes Wasser und Milch. Der Vermieter versprach bei der Schlüsselübergabe noch Obst für das Frühstück zu bringen, was aber nicht geschah, weil er für die Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes nicht noch einmal auftauchte. Das Bett wirkte sauber und schlief sich bequem und es gab ausreichend frische Handtücher.
