This property is less than ½ mile from Redmond Hospital, 1 mile from the beautiful Berry College Campus, and 2 ½ miles from Floyd Medical, downtown Rome or the Rome Tennis Center. Don’t have a vehicle? No worries. This home is located along the City of Rome Transit Bus route. THE SPACE Blue Moon was completely remodeled in late 2023 and designed with your comfort in mind. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex features sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people, including TWO King beds with NEW memory foam mattresses and luxuriously soft (100% cotton) sheets. These animals inhabit the natural surroundings, and while we thoroughly clean and inspect the premises before your arrival and maintain routine pest control measures, we cannot influence their natural activities. Occasionally, a stray bug might attempt to find its way indoors, so we kindly request your attention when opening and closing doors to minimize any entry. Please note that refunds will not be issued due to natural elements, like insects, making their way into the house. Additionally, there is a specific season when mosquitoes are prevalent. It’s centrally located in Rome so that was nice for everything we did. Communication with the owners was fast and they were always asking if we needed anything and very helpful.
