The staff was very accommodating. We couldn't adjust the air conditioning because they had set it to heater. They upgraded us to a room that had air conditioning we were able to control. Both rooms were a good size and very clean. It is located close to Roma Termini station with plenty of places to eat. A great hotel overall.

Clean and modern hotel. The front desk was helpful when we had any questions and helped get a taxi for us. Our room was small but we didn’t need anything super big as we were in Rome to be out and only needed the room to sleep and shower! All main attractions were a 30 minute walk or less and we only got a taxi to the Vatican. The only complaint I have is that the person who checked us in said we had breakfast and told us the hours we would be able to go and the next day half way during our meal we had a lady come up and say our room did not have breakfast.
