Just a few steps away from Piazza Navona and the Pantheon, the apartment is situated on the I floor of an historical building dated back to 1700.

It has a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with king size bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a large bathroom with shower. Ideal for families and group of friends.

Great stay in the middle of everything

Great location and very nice Roman apartment. Plan for some earplugs because the restaurants in the street play some very loud music at night.

Belle situation mais vraiment très bruyant

L'appartement côté rue (2 chambres sur 3) est vraiment très bruyant, côté cour odeur de friture très forte en provenance du restaurant au rdc, et pas de fenetres dans le salon.Par contre idéalement situé à 2 mn de la piazza navona.

Bon séjour à Rome

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Rome. Appartement très bien situé, propre. Accueil sympathique et les services de l'agence de location sont efficaces. Quelques inconvénients : - la réserve d'eau chaude est insuffisante pour une famille - l'isolation phonique est correcte pour les bruits de la rue, mais quand des musiciens s'installent dans la rue cela devient très bruyant, je ne comprends pas que les riverains le supportent.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, les principaux monuments de Rome sont accessible a 10 minutes à pied. Les hôtes sont très accueillant et disponible. Appartement très propre et fonctionnel. I booked this place but 5 days before my check in I was told that they needed to move me to another apartment in a different part of Rome. They claimed it was due to the excessive summer heat and power outages were applied to this building due to the number of restaurants on same power grid. I am not sure this was true or not since I hear this is a common practice to bait and switch people to a less appealing apartment. I cannot review this property- but I did walk by it and it is a very busy street full of restaurants, bars and stores.

Amazing

Great place with peace and quiet. Location near good restaurants (squigly) for breakfast and homemade gelato. Also close to bus stop and right behind vatican city. Highly recommend this place.

Not the place to be during the hot summer- Yes, they have Air Conditioning, However, they never were able to cool the rooms. The fans they brought us were broken. If you like taking use the toilet, shower or wash cloths don't be surprise to be standing in a hot box sauna. No air flow for the air conditioners results is massive heat in the bathroom.

This was not the site we stayed at....the day before we arrived the apartment was changed due to power outage issues. Despite this the 'new' apartment was quite nice and closer to Vatican city which is a place we wanted to visit anyway. It was quiet, clean and nicely outfitted. Would not hesitate to stay here again. The rental team was great to deal with, good communication and information about the stay was provided.

The stay in Rome was comfortable and practical. It was located in a good location. As we arrived a little earlier than anticipated, the host was responsive and was flexible to meet us early to allow us to check in and begin our stay. They also had a very informative manual, things to do, places to eat, bus information, etc which would make a stay easier to explore. As we travelled in the heat, the ac units in 2 of the rooms worked well, and the third room and the common were warmer and less comfortable. They did provide a fan to assist with the warmer spots and we made it work. Overall a good stay.

Close to everything

This property was walking distance to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, shopping and more! It was easy to find and had all the listed amenities. It is above a restaurant so some noise can be heard from there but it didn’t bother us. There are also 3 bedrooms to choose from if you don’t like the noise level in one.

This was a wonderful property. Location was great, can easily walk to attractions and restaurants. It was very clean and host was quick to reply. Checkin was easy and they were there waiting with the keys. Since the location is central it was noisy at night.

Excellent location, suitable for a short visit. However, a lot of noise late into the night due to street full of restaurants followed by very early glass recycling collection (think smashing bottles) each morning. Felt very dorm-like - only plastic wine glasses, and mattresses felt like they were due to be replaced with no extra pillows. Also, beware the electricity will be overloaded when attempting to use multiple appliances.

Fabulous location and excellent hosts in a busy part of the old city.

The apartment was great for our group of 5. We were 4 young women aged 18-21 and myself (their mom/aunt, aged 54). Location was very convenient for walking to major sites and restaurants. And the hosts could not have been better - truly. Check in was very efficient and hosts were always quick to respond to questions. Only challenge was the noise at most hours- but we knew this would be the case based on other reviews. It is unavoidable in such a central location. With ear plugs and white noise apps on our phones we could sleep just fine. Just for the info of other travelers, the power was also a bit of a challenge as one had to be careful not to overload circuits with too many appliances at once. We were warned about this by our hosts however and once we followed the instructions properly and got used to it, we had no problem at all. Overall we are very happy we stayed at this apartment - it was clean rooms were spacious for Europe and very good value compared with other rentals in this location, and the outstanding hosts outweighed any small inconveniences for us.

Location, location, location!

A perfect place for exploring the historical part of Rome, just steps away from the famous Piazza Navona. The host was very responsive, check-in was a breeze. The nearby streets can be a bit noisy at night due to the foot traffic and proximity of restaurants but this was never a problem. Lots of dining and shopping options around, a Carrefour store just a few blocks away. All major sites are within walking distance.

Great location - Piazza Navona.

We had a great stay here. It is steps from Piazza Novona and made out sightseeing very easy via walking and/or finding taxi right nearby. My only feedback would be for families with younger kids, the area is very active at night and the sounds of the city (people, music, parties) were quite loud. If you are looking for a quiet place, I would suggest looking further away from some top sites. But...if you want to be right in the action and have a lively, easy access spot from which to explore Rome, this is perfect.

Wonderful stay

My family and I stayed during our visit to Rome and were very happy with Danielle’s apartment. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us, good facilities, and a great location. I would recommend staying here if you want to be centrally located to the major sites and in the middle of great eating and night life.
