This is a former apartment or home, renovated into a small B&B. It's in an apartment building, and is a little hard to find, as others have noted. It is also essential to arrange your arrival time ahead with Andrea, because he is only there in the morning. So if you arrive unannounced later in the day, there won't be anyone there. We took the private car Andrea arranged for us from the airport, which was a great way to arrive. Vladmir, the driver, met us with bottled water and a great tour of the city as we drove in, and it wasn't much more than a cab (and was a flat fee). And he knew exactly where to arrive. Andrea, the owner, offers great restaurant recommendations, and is very helpful. The breakfast is all carbs, no protein, so be ready for that. It's a great location, and has a small common area you can eat in should you bring in groceries or take-away. There were four of us in the family room, which was a bit crowded (our kids are 9 and 13). But it is very hard to find a place that can fit four us in a hotel in Europe, so it was a great value for us. We even walked to Vatican City from there, but it's about 8 miles round trip probably.
