The bedroom was of a generous size, clean, tidy and reasonably maintained, it had a certain charm to it. However, it was very disappointing that the hot water supply was clearly inadequate for the number of people occupying the B&B, my companion found that there was no hot water to shower with after two prior ladies had showered, an enquiry to the proprietor by whatsap about this led to the abrupt response “ it will top up after 30 minutes , but you can use the men’s shower if you need to. The room was not made up on the 2nd day of our stay, I understand that we woke up late, but had vacated the room for the day before the proprietor, Laura, had finished housekeeping. A request for extra towels for the next morning, having come in from a rainy night and needing a hot shower , was met with the reply “it’s too late”..... we would have got them ourselves had we been just told where they were stored. The beds are not, as described on their website, equipped with orthopaedic mattresses, my back is still aching 2 days after return. Bins in the kitchen were to the point of overflowing, not pleasant when there were a lot of people in the B&B. Alldeles lagom och perfekt med god service och uttalad vilja att vi skulle få bästa möjliga upplevelse av Rom. Rekommendationer till restauranger, gelateria och annat var på pricken rätt för oss som ville uppleva romersk mat, dryck och liknande. Att sitta vid ett bord på en trottoar utanför en enkel restaurang och bli serverad vällagad mat är fantastiskt. Dessutom betydligt mer prisvärt än turistfällorna. Het ontvangst was hartelijk maar een beetje warrig. De gasten waren nl. niet op de afgesproken tijd onze kamer uit, waardoor wij er nog niet in konden. Dit werd prima en vriendelijk opgelost door de aanwezige gastvrouw. Sfeer technisch is de B&B behoorlijk gedateerd, het interieur was niet echt onze smaak (veel prulletjes en wellicht wel echt Italiaans;-). Een groot minpunt vonden wij de gedeelde badkamer en toilet (niet helemaal goed gelezen in de algemene informatie). Er is een keukentje, waar je koffie/thee kunt maken en eventueel heb je de gelegenheid om je eigen eten te koken. De B&B ligt wel in een leuke wijk (vlakbij de Amerikaanse ambassade en ongeveer 15 minuten lopen vanaf het centrum). Bardzo nam się tu podobało. Właścicielka i personel są bardzo mili i pomocni. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja z dobrymi restauracjami w okolicy, można dłuższym spacerkiem dojść do większości atrakcji turystycznych Rzymu. W nocy całkowita cisza. I bardzo dobre śniadania :-) Polecamy L'Incanto di Roma! We love this veeeery cosy place :-) and very nice and helpful people there - owner and staff. Location is very good also - good restaurants nearby and healthy (but not too long) walk to visit almost all major sightseeings. Night silence was undisturbed by vehicles nor people :-) Very good in-house breakfasts. La persona que nos atendió superagradable, pero las condiciones del hospedaje no nos gustaron demasiado. En un apartado nos dejaban los productos para hacernos nuestro desayuno, bastante aceptable, aunque les recomendarian que pusieran cafeteras mas grandes, yo tenia que hacer tres cafeteras para poder desayunar, ya que eran tamaño de un café. La cama era grande, pero lo del somier de laminas que describis no es lo más adecuado, las tablas se caian cada vez que nos sentabamos en la cama. No cobran con tarjeta, con lo cual, como nunca hay nadie, tuvimos que ir nada mas llegar a buscar un cajero para sacar el dinero, con la consabida comisión del banco.
