Property located in a quiet and peaceful street, served by bars, restaurants and much more. Building with lift, the penthouse is located on the 6th floor, completely renovated by a well-known Roman architect, this magnificent and very bright property consists of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful and perimeter terrace, two double bedrooms, one with a luxurious en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, a second bathroom with shower and a third single bedroom complete this wonderful apartment. The property is equipped with all comforts such as air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine and dishwasher, smart TV, wi-fi. The terrace allows you to spend time outdoors after a long day in the city. Mit dazu beigetragen hatte auch die Wohnung, die für unseren Bedarf eine ideale Aufteilung mit 3 Schlaf- und 2 Badezimmer hatte!!! In der näheren Umgebung hatten wir auch super Lokale mit klasse Speisen gefunden, auch ein Supermarkt und Bäcker liegt direkt vorm Haus. Ein bisschen enttäuschend war die Ausstattung der Küche.
