Comfortable apartment of about 70 m2 that can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the sixth and last floor of a building with a lift NOT suitable for disabled people, it is located in the San Giovanni area: about 17 minutes on foot from the Basilica of the same name and 12 minutes on foot from Piazza Re di Roma, where there is the metro stop to move comfortably around the city. The apartment is located outside the ZTL and it is possible to park, for a fee, on the street (NOT guaranteed).

The internal space is organized as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, smart TV, dining table and chairs and split A/C;

- KITCHEN with induction hob (4 plates), dining table with chairs, fridge, freezer, moka, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;

- BEDROOM with double bed (1.60x1.90 m), smart TV, armchair, wardrobe and split A/C;

- BATHROOM with shower cubicle, bidet and toilet, sink and access to the balcony.

- STORAGE ROOM with washing machine and dryer;

- BALCONY with access from the bathroom.



FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, heating with heat pumps (split system), drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal link that we will provide you a few days before arrival.



NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.



In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active exclusively until 11:30 pm.



Payment of the tourist tax will be required.



The apartment is centrally located, in about 17 minutes on foot you can reach the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, the Lateran Palace and the Scala Santa, a place of worship for the faithful from all over the world. Also in 13 minutes on foot you can reach Piazza Re di Roma where you can find the metro stop to reach all the main points of interest in the city.
