The apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, furnished with restored antiques and a large kitchen area complete with everything, a designer bedroom with attention to detail and a beautiful bathroom with a large shower. It accommodates up to 4 people and the magnificent location allows you to get around the center of Rome on foot and to enjoy many small and historic restaurants and pubs. APARTMENT RULES: \- ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT IS ALLOWED UNTIL 00:30-Late checkin fee from 22 to 00:30 of €50.If you arrive after 00:30 proceed to cancell the reservation \- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival. \- For bookings longer than a week there is a weekly cleaning of € 45 in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment. \- travel cot is available upon request IMPORTANT: to complete the online check-in it is necessary to attach a photo of your identity card or passport. Restaurants, bars and markets are up and down the street making it very convenient. Management was great at keeping in touch and asking if all was well. Longer stays, like ours, require intermittent cleaning for which you are charged, and there is also a final cleaning charge. Be prepared to pay for those expenses and taxes at departure. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Only concern would be that elevator is very small so if you are claustrophobic, you will not be using it. There are more amenities than are even listed, including a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and dishwasher - really welcome for people like us who stayed nearly two weeks. The neighborhood is wonderful - streets filled with tourists and locals, restaurants (some of them excellent)and boutiques and bars, as well as churches and the kinds of stores and workplaces that sustain the local residents. There's a terrific little regional market with excellent produce, fish, charcuterie and household items literally a block away. Our only complaint had to do with the cleaning staff - not with the cleaning itself, which was immaculate, but with their having left inadequate supplies, so that we ended up buying our own toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, and laundry detergent, and also told an outright lie about a dishwasher malfunction that they caused, blaming it on us when we hadn't even used it. But aside from the lie, which I thought was outrageous, these are minor complaints and the experience as a whole was terrific.
