Bright and quiet apartment of 75 square meters. on the roofs of Rome, finely restored in April 2019\. Living room with kitchen, two bedrooms (one double with private bathroom and the other with two single beds), a master bathroom, plus a French double sofa bed. Smart TV with Netflix included, both in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms. Wi Fi free with optical fiber. Check in 13-21 h. Check out 10 am The house is located in a building with a doorman and overlooks a large garden. Outside there is a large area equipped with benches, flowers and numerous shops, bars, restaurants, a tobacconist, a pharmacy, a newsagent, some frutterie and pizzerias. Only 100 mt. the famous and historic Piazza Epirus market. The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating system. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people and equipped with exclusive services for guests such as the Nespresso machine with pods, toaster, kettle, juicer, American coffee machine. Welcome snacks and juices plus a bottle of good Italian wine for a stay of at least 7 nights For the little ones: high chair, camping cot and bottle warmer. Other services offered: safe, luggage stand and a wardrobe equipped for laundry and ironing. Also a pillow menu to offer a tailor-made rest. For our guests you will find the Memory Royal Latex Pillow, for those who like to sleep on a lower and more compact pillow, while for those who like to sleep on a higher and softer pillow you will find the Silver Softlen Pillow and a mattress menu to personalize your own sleep. The latter are breathable, fireproof, certified by the Ministry of the Interior. The products used for personal and household cleaning are carefully selected, biodegradable and dermatologically tested. The bathrooms are spacious and equipped with dispensers with foam bath, shampoo and hair conditioner cream, hygienic bags, hair dryer, toilet paper, towel warmer. The large showers are 100 x 120 cm and 100 x 140 cm. A late check-in supplement of € 15 is required from 21.00 to 24.00\. The city tax in Rome is mandatory and is € 3.50 per person per day to be paid on the spot, in cash, to the Host upon arrival. Guests have their entire apartment at their disposal. Il est parfaitement équipé, notamment avec 2 salles de bains et la literie est confortable. Il est dans un quartier très calme à 1.5 km du Colisée, soit de la zone à partir de laquelle on arrive dans le centre de Rome. On peut presque tout faire à pied si l'on est bon marcheur, sinon il y a le bus en bas de l'appartement. Se déplacer à Rome en transport est simple et peu onéreux. Un excellent bar en bas de l'immeuble avec un personnel fort sympathique. Et pour finir, excellente communication avec Gabriele qui est très réactif et qui nous a accueillis avec des madeleines et de quoi nous rafraîchir. Once we were familiar with the digital locks operated by cell phone our stay was great.The apartment was clean, the bathrooms were modern and the kitchen was very nice. The beds were comfortable and there was a television in each bedroom and the living room. The apartment has ATAC public buses running right by and it's only a 15 minute walk to the Metro and to the basilica San Giovanni in Laterno. There are numerous restaurants and pizzarias in the area and the one right downstairs was perfect for breakfast. We also went a short way to Ristorante Romolo e Remo and the food was top quality and very inexpensive.We never met Gabriele but it wasn't necessary for our arrival. He was always available by WhatsApp and phone and he was very patient helping us use the cell phone system to unlock the apartment. Once we were familiar with it it was easy to enter the building and apartment.We're not sure when or if we'll be back in Rome but this apartment would be a place we would love to stay again. ##### Robert H. We enjoyed the few restaurants just outside and the market. We were worried when we found out it was on the 9th floor but having the elevator was great! Check in was so easy and the host was very friendly, prompt and helpful. Our rooms and beds were comfortable and it was very quiet so we all slept well. I especially enjoyed the rain shower 😀 The city metro system is easy to use and only 10 minutes away. A convenient way to get to all the beautiful sites in Rome. A lovely location just outside of the city but a stroll away from the life of the city of Rome. We are 2 couples on our anniversary and had our privacy and enjoyed our stay. There was a charming wine bar downstairs and a supermarket around the corner. The apartment was just like the pictures and close to all of the attractions. We used Uber and taxis but all were very affordable. It was a very sunny and cute apartment and would definitely recommend or stay here again. ##### Karen Z. It is located on a quiet street with a courtyard making the apartment itself very quiet. Next door is a lovely Enoteca, and the Colosseum is a 15-minute walk. Gabriele was very responsive, check in was easy, the apartment was sparkling clean. He even recommended a restaurant for dinner on Easter Sunday. ##### Dave G.
