The hotel is nice when you need a place near the airport, parking outside the roomis very convenient. The coffee machine was full of dust and the bed was extremely hard!! Breakfast was ok

Great location, the room was very clean and confy big bed n a coffe machine ready for an early expresso, great shower n cute. The only little problem was that wifi did not work at all but its was fine. Breakfast was good

Clean modern room with a nice "backyard".
The hotel was very nice and clean. However the location was a bit out of the way and the commute to the city took about 30-45 minutes. The staff were very nice and helpful and gave us a map and told us where to visit and what bus/subway to take. If you are travelling by bus, you will need a bus ticket as the bus does not accept cash. I recommend the hotel sell bus tickets to guests in the future so that they can easily get on the bus to go to the city. Wifi worked but the connection wasn't very strong (FaceTime/whatsapp will cut out)

Very good hotel with friendly staffs. Around 10 min driving to metro station. Good breakfast and clean room. If you want to have a lots of helpful tips and advice to visit Rome just ask Raffaella. She is brilliant and very kind.

Good enough for a night or two
Firstly when we got to the hotel my friend and I had to wait outside while the receptionist ignored the fact we were waiting to check in and had multiple conversations with staff and only after 5 minutes or so did he open the window to speak to us. Later that evening we asked if there were any shops near by to buy some water and he said he didn't know! Breakfast was nice but very basic. Only hot thing was the toast if you wish to make some and drinks of course It took ages to get inside the hotel gates because the receptionist never paid any attention. When i booked my cab back to the airport the receptionist told the driver the wrong information and tried to charge us nearly double than was agreed. Keep in mind it should be around 30 euro to get to the airport and 40 euro to get to the hotel from the airport (the hotel has a deal with the cab service so it is cheaper to return) It takes a good hour to get to the city, bus around 10 stops right to the end of the line and then walk about 5 minutes to the train station where you can get the B line metro to the Colosseum for example Travel works by time so it was 1 euro 50 for 100 minutes of travel

Great overnight stay in your way to airport
The staff was friendly and nice. The place was a good sleep over in our way to airport. It was clean and nice. Just be aware some rooms may have smoke smell. They are nice to switch your room.

We were very Dissapointed in the way this was marketed by hotels.com It was part of a chain. It is like a motel with no facilties. When we booked it we were expecting the pool the gym the spa and tennis courts on site. They were at separate hotel 15 mins drive away. We were charged tax of €49 by hotels.com stating it was by hotel. We thought it was the rome city tax. The hotel charged us another €48 city tax. They said hotel.com had added the original 48??? The room it self was clean and modern, breakfast was good. It's was 15 min drive to get to the metro to get to rome. You will definitely need a car here.

Stayed for business purposes 6 nights and it was a very comfortable hotel with large rooms with natural light and door out to lovely olive trees. Ideal for those with a car as not much in area, but bus stop right outside hotel to get to metro etc. Beautiful rural backroad behind hotel for running/walks.Modern cool rooms with fridge/microwave/dvd and great breakfast with really friendly service.

Great little place for a quiet stay
If you don't mind a bit of a hike into Rome by bus and the metro then this place is a little hidden gem. We spent three nights here and thought it was just great. When you first see the place you think you are out in the middle of nowhere, but by the frequent running bus that stops right outside and the metro you are in the centre of Rome in 30 minutes. And getting back to the hotel is no harder. The staff are very helpful and will even provide you with a map of where to go and tell you how to get there. Additionally if you are driving you can drive your car right up outside your room and park right outside. The rooms are very well kept and comfortable. Just a word about the room refreshments however. The coffee making facilities in the room are not free. We all understand the charges for a mini bar, but I think that Tea/Coffee should be in the room price. The breakfast was good however. No cooked option, but nevertheless there was plenty of choice and all well presented. Plus you can even make a decent cup of tea, which for English people abroad is normally unheard of. I'd give 5 stars just for getting that right. One word of advice would be to get hold of bus tickets before you arrive at the hotel. You should be able to pick up the 100 minute tickets that allow you on both the bus and metro from the airport. They don't sell them at or near the hotel so we spent the first day very nervously travelling to the metro station without paying. Sorry Rome but we had no choice.

Nice hotel in the suburbs
The hotel was exactly what we were looking for. As avid runners, we wanted green, hilly spaces where we could safely run each morning. The neighborhood behind the hotel is beautiful and quiet. Its located in the suburbs, in front of a bus stop that we took straight from the metro. In total its about 35-45 minutes to get into the center of Rome. The property and rooms are beautiful. The staff is helpful and kind. I can specifically say that the breakfast brunch was delicious and the manager makes great macchiatos. She made it a point to remember what each guests' favorites are. We snagged a great deal from a Expedia special, so we did not even know the name of the hotel until after we booked it.

3+ star and not the same level as a 4 star
I booked for 2 adults and one child but received only a twin bed room. Only 2 beds. We were lucky the second adult do not come with us. No carpet in the rooms floor (very cold in Winter). No instruction about how the coffee machine in the room worked and were charged when used the coffee machine in the room. Very modern but impractical interior room design. Not very comfortable. No proper bed duvet. When asked for an additional bed duvet the receptionist did not provide the extra duve and instead increased the room temperature. I would rate it as a 3+ star and definitely not as a 4 star.

A little out of the way but nice place to stay
We stayed here for one night as we were passing through. The hotel was in nice condition and well maintained, the hotel property is completely gated and the gate locked at a certian time during the night (but easy to come in and out after that time). The staff was friendly and helpful. The biggest and really only complaint is that the website is misleading and that there is no shuttle available from the airport. The taxi to and from the airport is about 50 euros each way. To get into the city, the bus station is nearby and will take you to the metro station which will take you the rest of the way, or taxi is also an option. The hotel staff is happy to call on your behalf. If going into the city isn't your goal (and you don't need an atm because the nearest is in the city or the same distance the other direction) this is a comfortable, clean and modern place to stay.

#1 Choice on this trip to Italy
Excellent choice for your stay in Italy if you rent a car. Parking right outside of your room. Big showers, Air Conditioned, very tasty breakfast. All the staff was very friendly and spoke English. Pasqua was very pleasant and she was also very helpful with airport information. I will stay here every time I stay in Rome.

I had a quick stay in Rome for one night. So wanted something clean and comfortable, with an airport transfer facility. Although the hotel is listed in hotels.com under hotels with airport transfer, it is a paid facility so please beware! Apart from that, the hotel was great. The rooms were modern and very clean. The surrounding area is quiet and very green. Almost feels like you are in the Roman countryside. There is a wonderful restaurant at a 5 mins walk from the hotel - La Masseria. The hotel is a 20 minute drive from the airport (in the early morning) - which was nice because i had an early morning flight to catch. However, as i mentioned earlier, you have to pay for airport transfer. They charged me 40 Euros! If not for this, I would have given them 5 stars. It's ok to charge for airport transfer, but this should be clearly mentioned on hotels.com (only mentioning it as a fine print does not suffice, and is misleading to a customer)

Hotel is 10/15 minute bus ride from Metro station Eur Ferme and the frequency is every 30 minutes. Eat in Rome as hotel does not have restaurant and nothing near by.

I agree with the other reviews I read. You must have a car. The entrance parking and room are very private spacious and very modern. The only issue we had was that breakfast was in the basement and they do not have an elevator. Issue solved I was able to bring up breakfast to my elderly mother to the room. There is a step to get to the room from the parking space. The staff was very wonderful.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Do not stay here if you are traveling to Rome and want quick / easy access to the city. It is so far away from the city center and the buses only run from 8am - 7ish. There is another bus that goes pretty close but you have to walk a mile to the hotel.... We stayed here and couldn't get a ride to the hotel from the airport without being charged a hefty fee and honestly the location was not worth the cost savings. We spent hours trying to figure out which bus to take and the staff isn't really helpful either. I'm telling you, DO NOT STAY HERE... the hotel is great but if you want to experience Rome stay somewhere else. Plus there is nothing to eat (after breakfast) at the hotel or around it... HORRIBLE!

Modern, clean and comfortable..... What more could you want? This hotel offers an excellent base to explore Rome and the surrounding areas from. Laurentina station is reached by car within 15 minutes and provides Metro service to the city centre. Parking is only 1.50 euro a day!! The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are happy and helpful. Nice touches with parking directly outside your room and an electric shutter to "close" your car port. L.E.D TVs in the rooms along with a DVD player, minibar, coffee machine and a fantastic shower!! I would stay here again without question,

we stayed here for our last night before departing from rome. so the hotel was very good for us as it is close to fiumicino airport. it has a safe parking - and it is important in case you are with a rented car.the room are spacious ,clean and very well equiped. about neighbourhood -- you have to drive to find a supermarket or a restaurant.the staff was very friendly and polite .the hotel doesn't have a restaurant..

All Ways is a fantastic value provided you have transportation. It's 20 minutes from FCO in a green manicured setting. The location is excellent for anyone with a vehicle traveling to or from FCO and needs accommodations near the airport. The rooms are simple, but modern and sleek (outstanding rainfall shower). There are no amenities except breakfast.
