Beautiful three-room apartment in Valle Aurelia, just a few steps from Metro Line A, which allows you to reach St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican Museums in just two stops. This 90 sqm apartment, furnished with a mix of tradition and modernity, can accommodate up to 8 guests and is equipped with all the comforts. Ideal for families and groups, it offers a great location to explore Rome and enjoy the vibrant nightlife of the neighborhood.  
Description of the Space:  
Upon entering the apartment, guests are welcomed into a spacious living room, designed as the heart of the home. This bright space is tastefully furnished, blending modern elements with traditional charm. The large sofa can be converted into a comfortable double bed, making the room perfect for relaxation or hosting friends and family. A flat-screen smart TV provides entertainment, while the dining table invites guests to share convivial meals. From the living room, you can access a charming private balcony overlooking the historic furnace of Valle Aurelia, a unique site that tells centuries of the city’s architectural history.  
The recently renovated kitchen is designed for maximum comfort. With its bright colors and functional layout, it includes everything needed to prepare delicious meals, from induction hobs to modern appliances such as an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The extensive selection of kitchen utensils ensures a complete culinary experience, satisfying both those who enjoy cooking and those who prefer a quick breakfast before exploring Rome.  
The three bedrooms, all with double beds, are spacious and meticulously decorated to guarantee a restorative rest. Large windows flood the rooms with natural light, while the furnishings – including comfortable beds, bedside lamps, and roomy wardrobes – create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Each room has a unique yet harmonious style, perfectly aligned with the elegant character of the apartment.
