The main positive of this hotel was the location! Right next to the trevi fountain which is the reason I booked it. However, the staff wasn't super attentive - we asked for towels to be brought up to our room like 3 times before they actually came. Not a big deal at all but it wasn't the best experience. The the hotel itself was extremely small, especially the shower, which I barely could turn around in, and the bed was super hard. The showerhead also shot out water at an unbearably high pressure and was just a mess. I literally felt like living out of this room was like being on survivor. For the price, you're paying for location and that's pretty much it. The room we had was the corner room on the top floor with the balcony (so im assuming its one of their nicest if not THE nicest room in the hotel) and it was still really sub par. Next time I go to Rome, I'd rather splurge somewhere else!

Great location and friendly staff. Rooms clean and comfortable. This property is perfect for wandering around the city as most sights are within walking distance.

I cannot thank the staff of hotel delle nazioni enough. Our luggage did not arrive with us in Rome and would be delivered to the hotel, so for three days I was contacting them almost constantly to see if it showed up yet. They were so patient with me about and it helpful when we needed absolutely anything. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Location was fine. Host highly recommended hotel restaurant, which we did. Lunch buffet was awful-and not cheap. Food was mostly cold-cold cooked vegetables, spinach, potatoes and cool soup. When I spoke to manager he said it was because we came late to the buffet! We paid same price as earlier guests. Then hotel manager was rude when I came back to pick up luggage.

This is a great hotel super close to most popular attractions in Rome. Our JR suite was fantastic, it even came with a cell phone to use while we were there. The cell has data and local calling. Huge plus.
