"We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic—walking distance to plenty of restaurants and just steps from the pier, where you can catch a water taxi or boat tour. There’s even a grocery store right across the street, which was very convenient. The customer service team was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the internet connection, which was quite slow and unreliable at times. Other than that, everything else was great, and we’d happily stay here again."

"We loved the eclectic, unique rooms! The property is beautiful and a one of a kind. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are big and beautiful. The beds were all cozy and the a/c worked great. Our group had 3 rooms all together. The Diego, the Gabriella, and the other room on the 5th floor. The Diego was my favorite!"

"The roof top pool is great with beautiful views of the bay and the mountains. The staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable with a great balcony to enjoy. The only drawback are the staff in the office; they are pretentious, ignorant, unwelcoming, and otherwise difficult to work with."
