"We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was exactly as it was described in the posting. Very clean, modern and close to the beach and driving distance to everything. The fact that a reserved parking spot was included was a plus. The sunsets from the balcony were amazing. Our host, Paul, was very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend!"

"Clean modern room, comfortable bed, but I wasnt wowed. Biggest con was not having control of room temperature. This is locked for the season so no AC despite some warmer days that made the room a bit stuffy. Location is great between lake and sea!"

"This is one of the better hotels (if not the best managed) in that area, directly at the boardwalk. Our room was quiet and had a nice city view. Sea view rooms are sold out fast. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good as well as the restaurant. Parking is extremely limited though (maybe 10 spaces; we had to search for a while for street parking) Also at the beach there is some construction going on (not sure what they are building ( bar or restaurants maybe).so, it as not a pretty...

"Very nice overall, however this is not a 4-star hotel due to the lack of isolation in the rooms (you can hear your neighbors stomping around on the floors above you) and you can smell sewage every now and then, and the bathrooms need some serious attention: best if they could surround the bathtub with glass or something as water gets everywhere and it doesn't drain properly, which leads to areas with black mold. Also, it would be great if they could install screens at the balcony doors. The...

"The complex Corabia Piratilor was a lovely peaceful haven in a heavily built up surrounding area. The grass and flower beds around the 8 ‘vilas’ in the complex are well tended making it a pleasant green space where children can play. My teenage son and I stayed in a first floor apartment in the ‘Protocoll’ Vila which was away from the main road overlooking the swimming pool. (A couple of the vilas which are right beside the main road would be quite noisy.) The apartment we were in had a good...
