"Beautiful modern hotel in a beautiful traditional building in the heart of old town Constanta. You can’t beat the location with old town right out your window, the boardwalk and the beach within walking distance. It was surprisingly quiet (our stay was Tuesday-Thursday). To be extra picky the only issues we had was no AC during the winter months so it was really hot in the room. Even with the windows open we were hot. They totally respected our privacy, but were prepared to join us for a game. The boat trip was arranged to best suit the weather and we were given a very safe and comfortable, smooth trip. Our room was spacious and comfortable, though the pillows were a little thinner than what I generally use."
