This was perfect for a few days before our cruise. Very walkable area. Easy to get transportation into Rome. Room had a great view. Shower in our room was small, but every room is different. Breakfast buffet had good variety. Staff was all very helpful. Would stay again if going out of this port.

Something was awfully wrong either by Expedia transmitting our needs or the hotel just didnt care. Our room was with no amenities….just bare minimum. Bed and a bathroom. Though it say’s Internet but there was no internet connection in the room. When we went for breakfast, we were told breakfast is not included. We had to pay for breakfast. Horrible experience overall.

We loved this hotel. It was convenient for us to get the bus to the harbour before our cruise. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Didn’t try the breakfast but did notice there seemed to be quite a lot to choose from. Staff were very helpful and always friendly. Would definitely recommend to others.

Mold in bathroom, no hot water In shower, the electrical box for hair dryer was coming out of the wall exposing wires, room smells of sewage. Bed area clean, close to cruise port. Would not stay again due to the smell and electrical wires exposed.

Upon arrival we when we checked in they let us know that an additional city tax would be required upon check out which i was not aware of. The room was just ok if you need to sleep for 1 night. The bed was hard. There were very limited plugins for charging. The TV only worked sometimes. The shower when put onto hot was a trickle of water with extremely low pressure. The bathroom was dirty with mold in the shower, i even saw a roach or another insect in the bathroom. The toilet roll holder was none exsistent. The toilet roll was located onto of a very high towel holder. For a female to wipe with tissue you had to locate the tissue & hold it whilst doing your business. The port is close but is not within walking distance to reach your ship. I would recomend getting onto the bus. I would not recommend this hotel for others traveling to the port. The only thing is the convenience of the location & a place to lay your head.

This was a perfect location to stay at before our cruise. It was a 2 minute walk from the train station and cruise shuttles/taxi. There were many lovely restaurants and lots of shopping right outside the door of the hotel. The breakfast was simple and good. This isn’t a fancy hotel, but it is clean, charming and was good value for our purposes.

Our suite was roomy with 4 beds. Overall it’s clean but there were ants in our bathroom and suite floor. Location was good, walking distance to lots of restaurants and the beach.

This hotel is in an appalling state, even my grandchildren age 10 and 14 did not want to sleep here! The flooring was badly warn, no plugs in the sinks and showers so big holes looking filthy and smelling. The doors were damaged, walls in a disgusting state, we certainly will never stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worse enemy!

Check in was fast. After this it was all down hill. AC nit wirkomg in room slept in a very hot room with cool towels on body to try and cook down. Woke uo with rash like bed bug bits. No screen on window only 1 towel in room. Never go back there again place in a ZERO. all the other scores higher are full of crap.

No hot water in the room. AC would not even begin to cool the room, so hot we had to go purchase fans to make it somewhat bearable. Staff was VERY rude, and pretentious, making it clear they don’t care so don’t ask a question or voice a concern. If you do you will get major attitude and a snotty comment but no fix of an issue. The property is run down, dirty and unkept. The shower had black mold in it, cracked tiles all over the hotel, holes in the walls, a layer of dust covered most the furniture. Pillow smelled like urine. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Stay anywhere else.
