"We arrived after a 120km drive from a villa in the hills to stay at a fun resort by the sea for our son including swimming pools. Guess what after hunting for them both pools were out of action which was neglected to be informed to us at booking and also at reception. "Noise from drinks machine, like fog horn at night , no water to wash or flush toilet in early hours , light on balcony goes off after2 minutes off sitting outside ,no staff when checking in also no staff on in the day time ,would never go back to stay ."
