Immediately when we walked thru the door we noticed the smell of sewer being covered up by chemical cleaners. Once the cleaning products dissipated, the sewage smell seemed to get worse and worse. The walls and floors are so poorly insulated that we had to buy space heaters to keep the rooms our kids slept in warm enough for them. We also had to keep one in the living room to keep it warm. Finally, upon check in, we had to vacuum the entire place. The floors are so uneven that cracks were filled with dirt and crumbs. ##### Yury G.
