### Ocean Oasis Villa - Luxury Villa + Full Concierge!

Welcome to Ocean Oasis Villa by Emerald Club Exuma! This 5,300 sq.ft., 7-bedroom brand new oceanfront modern villa offers a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for your upcoming vacation. We are located on an award-winning PGA golf course in a private gated community, overlooking the beautiful turquoise water of Exuma. The Villa can accommodate up to 18 guests.  
  
There are stunning ocean views from every room in the house. Ocean Oasis Villa features 12 foot high ceilings with large windows on two levels, with an open concept floorplan. Each bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom, so there is enough space and privacy even for the largest group. The large main level living space opens up to a large infinity pool with a wading area with water loungers. There is also a covered patio featuring an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and dining area for all your entertaining needs. The outdoor area features an outdoor shower and an extra restroom.  
  
Inside, the large main living area opens up to the gourmet kitchen that features high-end appliances. In this main level space, there are many areas to socialize, dine, have drinks, and also watch your favorite shows, movies and sports on the 70" Smart TV. Every bedroom also features its own 55" Smart TV.  
  
Ocean Oasis Villa is approximately 20 minutes from Georgetown (downtown area/groceries), 10 minutes from Exuma International Airport (GGT), and is located next to Emerald Bay Marina.

#### Great Exuma House For Large Families

We had a wonderful time staying at Ocean Oasis. The house and pool were awesome. It was great to have separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Our family of 15 had a fantastic time. The island is beautiful and the people are very kind.

It was perfect. The house is brand new and very spacious. Great infrastructure, air conditioning, appliances and furniture. Nothing to complain. The concierge Likea was the high point. She was simply amazing and did everything for us, from reservations to tips and special requests. Will come back!

#### Gorgeous Property

We stayed here for a week in June. It is a great home for family gatherings and has plenty of room for everyone to be together, as well as, enough space to go off on your own if you like .This home is gorgeous and has everything you need. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cookware. The furnishings are top of the line. A beautiful beach is just a short walk from the house or you may take the golf carts and not have to carry all your stuff. The hosts were quick to respond to our questions and requests. After a morning at the beach it was nice to come back and relax in the beautiful pool. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property and the hosts.
