This is for all intents, a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with an enclosed small private courtyard and an outside solarium accessed from the outside.As the property is a "quad", surrounded by other quads, the solarium, which we never used, would allow you to get up close with your neighbours. Inside the property there is not a normal single chair or settee available to sit on Only a corner sofa bed unit that was so deep it was impossible to sit with your feet on the floor and your back having support. We had a problem with the bathroom door and we emailed Jenny ( the owner) who contacted Maggie. The communication between them both and us was great. Everything was resolved quickly. The area was great too especially if you like golf ( we didn’t go for the golf). It was very hot and sticky while we were there so the A/C and fans were very appreciated. The view from the terrace was great. We stayed for a month and used the washing machine/ oven hob/ and the dishwasher was a godsend. The whole experience was great and would recommend. The communication with the owners was spot on! The actual villa was very clean, with all the mod cons required and ideally located for those short walks to the local hostelries! The pool is a 50 yd walk, the roof top terrace a delight (with plenty of loungers and seats) and the property is ideal for Rojales (walking) and Guardamar (beaches). Very clean and well equipped. Ideally positioned for the supermarket, bars and restaurants all in walking distance. On the edge of a stunning golf course.
