ABOUT CH LIMONERO DOÑA PEPA  
  
Located in quiet community of Conjunto Ronda, just around the corner from a couple of local bars and restaurants, and under a 10 minute walk to the main street of Ciudad Quesada.   
  
The property itself is built on 2 levels, inside on the ground floor you\`ll find a comfortable living room with ample seating area, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a separate fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet with walk-in shower. On the upper floor you\`ll find a further 2 bedrooms with their own private balcony, 1 with a double and the other with 2 singles, and a large bathroom with corner bath tub. All bedrooms have air conditioning as well as the lounge area.  
  
On the exterior, to the front of the property there is a front terrace with outdoor furniture and a conservatory which is best used in the winter, and to the back of the property there is a outdoor table and chairs with a bbq.  
  
The community pool is just 25 metres away. A lovely choice for the family vacation.

Ciudad Quesada is located on the Costa Blanca South just 8 kilometers north from the popular holiday destinations of Torrevieja and Guardamar del Segura. Nearby towns include Rojales and San Fulgencio.  
  
Ciudad Quesada is an extremely popular choice for holiday makers who are looking for a base and tranquility for their ideal break. It\`s lively the whole year round, offering plenty of amenities including it\`s own unique attractions La Marquesa Golf Course and Aquapark Rojales along with shops, bars and many restaurants.  
  
The history behind Ciudad Quesada is intriguing, because it really didn’t exist until the early 1970’s when a Spanish entrepreneur called Justo Quesada Samper decided to start his own town. The urbanisation grew and grew, and today it is well renowned and accepted as a real Spanish town.
