Fantastisches Haus, alles was man braucht ist da. Gemütliche Einrichtung, wunderbares Boxspringbett zum Schlafen. Ruhige Gegend, wenig von Bauarbeiten betroffen. Schade, dass das Wasser im Pool zu kalt zum Schwimmen war, aber es war Anfang November. Der Supermarkt ist für kleine Lebensmittel fußläufig erreichbar, ansonsten super gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Kurz gesagt, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und einen tollen Gastgeber. Ich habe schon oft eine Wanderroute im nahegelegenen Naturschutzgebiet gemacht. Alles ist leicht mit dem Auto erreichbar, Einkaufszentrum in La Zenia oder Torrevieja. Vom Haus aus können Sie problemlos überall hingehen.

Heerlijk huis, ruim en toch knus. Gezellig ingerichtlich, noch nicht einmal ein einziges Mal in Spanien. Ein Platz auf der Veranda, hübsches Badezimmer mit 4 Betten. Rustige Sorgen und keine Überlastung von Buren. Alles ist klar, beide Schlafzimmer sind erst einmal im Bett, eine Waschmaschine, Droger und Wasser im Badezimmer. In der Küche gibt es einen großen Kühlschrank mit großer Hitze und ein Magnetron (auf, kein Ofen!). In diesem Moment wurde ein angrenzendes Grundstück mit einer Villa gebaut, und da ich wusste, dass dies der Fall war, brauchte ich noch nie viel Musik hören zu müssen. Ich hatte 12 Tage Zeit.

Prettige ontvangst en uitleg. Wij genoten van het mooie en fijne huis. Alles komt overeen met de foto’s en omschrijving. Naast het huis zijn wel bouwwerkzaamheden (nieuwe woningen) maar wij stoorden ons er niet aan. Iedere ochtend buiten onder de veranda ontbeten. En heerlijk in de zon gezeten. Restaurants in de buurt en grote supermarkten (met de auto bereikbaar). Het huis is een echt aanrader!

In den Wintermonaten hat es um die 15 Grad und es war bei der Ankunft.Das Haus war daher innen etwas feucht.Wir konnten heizen, aber das war mit Klimaanlagen; die dinger sind ziemlich laut und wegen der hohen energiekosten haben wir nur die klimaanlage im wohnzimmer benutzt ansonsten war das haus klasse mit einem schönen pool, aber wir werden in dieser zeit nicht mehr kommen Eric Berkhout

Das Haus ist aber gewöhnliche sicherlich kein Luxus! Was uns am meisten war das Layout der Küche gestört, wirklich eine Katastrophe. Zes Platten für vier Personen , die Sie die Spülmaschine laufen müssen , weil Sie keine Bequemlichkeit haben !!! ein ramp.Wel viele Ameisen Sie sehen sie überall zu Fuß und Sie lassen ein Baguette in der Küche nach einer halben Stunde es voller Ameisen! Das TV auch im Bildschirm sehr klein ist und manchmal nicht funktioniert. es gibt einen Pool , aber es ist nicht beheizt und nicht genug gehalten wird , es wurde bereits groen.In der Ordner Eigentümer es immer noch sagt , dass sie eine Woche zweimal kommen. Wir dort für einen Monat waren und sie kamen nur einmal, und dann um 6 Uhr morgens. es war noch dunkel, frage ich mich , wie sie eine reinigen Schwimmbad !!! Sie sollten nicht mehr schlafen , weil der Lärm! Dieses Haus eine gründliche Verjüngungskur braucht und innen poliert. Sie sicherlich die Küche gründlich und replenish angehen können !!!! Für diejenigen , die einen Urlaub mit wenig Komfort wollen und Luxus dieses Haus sollte man auf keinen Fall mieten!!
