We had a great stay at citizenM. We had an early morning flight, so the hotel location was extremely convenient. Great amenities, clean room, fun decor. We would recommend to anyone flying to or from CDG.
Nice commuter hotel. The room was nice sized, good bed and linen however not a very good cleaning that day. Only tried the room service and the food was good but overpriced (as any hotel chain). Lots of airline staff at the hotel which is always a good sign.
What stood the hotel out and gave it the 4th star was the service. From the security guard at the gate who was an absolute gentleman to the floor and counter staff - everyone seemed happy to be there and it showed in their service and attitude.
"Very Nice And concenient- needs better info on shu"
Very nice!!! Clean, great atmosphere, modern a nice oasis after a long trip. If this is your first visit to the CDG airport is hard to find, instructiions on how to find the right"shuttle" will be nice to have on reservation. As american I was expenting a Van, instead you just need to go terminal 3 using the airport's train. At midnight was not fun!!!
"Efficient, good quality and great value for money."
Shuttle bus is easy to find at the terminal and runs every 20 mins. Staff are very helpful and the rooms in great condition. The breakfast was good quality and in lured in the price. For the quality of stay and the service the price was very good.
A little hard to find, there seem to be 4 or 5 Novotel properties at or very near the CDG airport. I wound up taking the wrong airport shuttle (Gold Line) and then had to take a taxi to finally find the Novotel Suites where I had my reservation.
But the room was fine, very roomy but also very basic.
The Silver Line worked great getting back to the airport!
Northeast of Paris, Roissy-en-France is home to a quarter of the land at Charles de Gaulle International Airport. Suburban trains and buses service Paris. Otherwise, Roissy is mostly a Paris bedroom community.
